Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジングを有し、且つハウジングに収容される貯蔵モジュール12を有する、自動車用の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置10、特にハイブリッド車両又は電気車両用の高電圧エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、ハウジングが、ハウジング上部15と、ハウジング下部16と、環状支持フレーム18を備える支持要素17とを有し、ハウジング上部15及びハウジング下部16が、それらの間に位置決めされる支持フレーム18に着脱可能に連結され、及び環状支持フレーム18が締結セクション19、20を有し、それを用いて電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動車の本体構造に着脱可能に連結することができる、電気エネルギー貯蔵装置である。

Claims (8)
- ハウジング(11)を有し、且つ前記ハウジングに収容される貯蔵モジュール(12)を有する、自動車用電気エネルギー貯蔵装置、特にハイブリッド車両又は電気車両用高電圧エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、前記ハウジング(11)が、ハウジング上部(15)と、ハウジング下部(16)と、環状支持フレーム(18)を備える支持要素(17)とを有し、前記ハウジング上部(15)及び前記ハウジング下部(16)が、それらの間に位置決めされる前記支持フレーム(18)に着脱可能に連結され、及び前記環状支持フレーム(18)が締結セクション(19、20)を有し、それを用いて前記電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動車の本体構造に着脱可能に連結することができることを特徴とする、電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ハウジング上部(15)及び前記ハウジング下部(16)が、各々、非耐荷重カバー型部品として具体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ハウジング上部(15)及び前記ハウジング下部(16)が、各々、プラスチック、特に繊維強化プラスチックで製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記支持要素(17)、すなわちその少なくとも前記支持フレーム(18)が、金属、特にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記貯蔵モジュール(12)が前記支持要素(17)に着脱可能に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記貯蔵モジュール(12)が2つのモジュールパック(13、14)、すなわち、その前記貯蔵モジュール(12)が前記環状支持フレーム(18)に対して上側から締結され、且つそこに載置される第1のモジュールパック(13)と、その前記貯蔵モジュール(12)が前記環状支持フレーム(18)に対して下側から締結され、且つそこから懸下される第2のモジュールパック(14)とを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記環状支持フレーム(18)が前記2つのモジュールパック(13、14)を互いに対向するセクションで部分的に取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動車の本体構造に連結できるようにするための、前記環状支持フレーム(18)の前記締結セクション(19、20)が、張出部として設計され、且つ前記支持フレーム(18)と一体化している部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
