【解決手段】車体リヤフロアパネル10に統合パッケージ11を垂直方向に装着するために、リヤフロアフレーム13の後方に車体の長さ方向にガイドフレーム12を平行に設置。

Description
車体リヤフロア(以下、“リヤフロア”とする)に統合パッケージを垂直方向に装着するためにリヤフロアフレームの後方に車体の長さ方向にガイドフレームを平行に設置することを特徴とする。
また、前記下部フレームのマウント位置に安着する際、下部フレームのガイド溝部の後端部がガイドフレームの後端部と傾斜面で接触し、前記固定突起と共に二重にストッパーの役割を行うことを特徴とする。
本発明は、ハイブリッド自動車における統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造に適用可能である。

Claims (6)
- 統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造において、
車体リヤフロア(以下、“リヤフロア”とする)に統合パッケージを垂直方向に装着するためにリヤフロアフレームの後方に車体の長さ方向にガイドフレームを平行に設置することを特徴とする統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造。 - 前記ガイドフレームは“コ”字形状にスポット溶接により前端部がリヤフロアフレームに固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造 。
- 前記統合パッケージの下部に付着される下部フレームは、前記ガイドフレームの“コ”字形状に沿ってスライドが可能となるように前記“コ”字形状に対応されるガイド溝部を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造 。
- 前記統合パッケージを装着する際、下部フレームのマウント位置を正確に安着させるために、ガイドフレームの前端部が結合されるリヤフロアフレームに固定突起が垂直方向に突出形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造。
- 前記下部フレームのガイド溝部の前端部が、ガイドフレームに沿って移動して下部フレームのマウント位置に安着する際、前記固定突起により挿入され停止することができるように、ガイド溝部の前端に突起収容溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造。
- 前記下部フレームのマウント位置に安着する際、下部フレームのガイド溝部の後端部がガイドフレームの後端部と傾斜面で接触し、前記固定突起と共に二重にストッパーの役割を行うことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の統合パッケージ垂直装着用フレーム構造。
