Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1におけるファンの取り付け構造が用いられた車両の断面図である。図中には、車両後部に設けられたラゲージルーム周りの断面が表わされている。図中に示す車両は、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジン等の内燃機関と、リチウムイオン電池やニッケル水素電池等の充放電可能な2次電池とを動力源とするハイブリッド自動車である。
図9は、この発明の実施の形態2におけるファンの取り付け構造が用いられた車両の断面図である。図9は、実施の形態1における図1に対応する図である。本実施の形態におけるファンの取り付け構造は、実施の形態1におけるファンの取り付け構造と比較して、基本的には同様の構造を備える。以下、重複する構造については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (7)
- 表面を有し、車両に設けられた被取り付け部と、
前記表面上の所定の位置に取り付けられる電気部品とを備え、
前記被取り付け部および前記電気部品の少なくともいずれか一方は、前記電気部品を前記表面上でスライド移動させた場合に、前記電気部品を前記所定の位置に向けて導くガイド部材を有し、
前記電気部品が前記所定の位置に取り付けられた状態で、前記ガイド部材は、前記被取り付け部と前記電気部品との間で非接触となる、電気部品の取り付け構造。 - 前記ガイド部材は、前記被取り付け部および前記電気部品のいずれか一方に形成された溝部と、前記被取り付け部および前記電気部品のいずれか他方に形成され、前記溝部に嵌まり込む凸部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。
- 前記被取り付け部は、車両に搭載された蓄電装置の筐体であり、
前記筐体は、前記被取り付け部に形成された前記溝部および前記凸部のいずれか一方により補強されている、請求項2に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。 - 前記ガイド部材は、水平方向に沿って前記電気部品を前記所定の位置に向けて導く第1のガイド部と、鉛直方向に沿って前記電気部品を前記所定の位置に向けて導く第2のガイド部とを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。
- 前記被取り付け部は、受け部を有し、
前記電気部品は、差し込み部を有し、
前記電気部品を前記表面上でスライド移動させることにより前記受け部と前記差し込み部とが嵌合する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。 - 前記電気部品は、ファンである、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。
- 前記被取り付け部は、ラゲージルームに搭載される蓄電装置の筐体であり、
前記電気部品は、前記蓄電装置に冷却風を供給するファンであり、
前記ファンは、車両前後方向に開口する前記ラゲージルームの開口部から搬入され、車両前後方向にスライド移動させられることによって、前記筐体に固定される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電気部品の取り付け構造。
