Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油组合物,特别是涉及适合用于汽油发动机、柴油机或以二甲基醚为燃料的发动机、燃气发动机等内燃机的润滑油组合物,更详细地,涉及灰分量低,同时氧化稳定性优异、粘度和酸值的增大少、可延长润滑油的更换距离(时间)的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
内燃机用润滑油除了主要润滑包括活塞环和汽缸套、曲轴、连杆的轴、凸轮、阀挺杆的气门机构等各种滑动部分之外,还有冷却发动机内部、分散油泥和燃料未燃烧物等的功能。
如上所述,要求内燃机润滑油很多性能,伴随着近年的内燃机的低燃耗化、高输出化、运转条件的过度苛刻化等高性能化,要求高的润滑油性能。
特别是,对于柴油机而言,开发了排气净化装置(特别是微粒过滤器或排气净化装置),已知润滑油组合物对这些排气净化装置有影响。
含有金属类清净剂的润滑油组合物由于来自添加剂的金属成分堆积在过滤器内部,有可能引起过滤器的堵塞、催化剂活性降低,因此要求润滑油的灰分低。
含有金属成分的添加剂金属类清净剂和耐磨损剂的减量与抗氧化性和耐热性的降低有关,促进了润滑油的劣化,使润滑油的更换距离(时间)变短。
另外,为了使轻油燃料完全燃烧,要求活塞的死区容积减小,因此,与以往的活塞相比,采用提高第一道气环的活塞。
因此,如果提高第一道气环的位置,则润滑油的暴露温度提高,因此由氧化劣化而引起粘度和酸值的上升,润滑油的更换距离(时间)变短。
为了提高润滑油组合物的氧化稳定性,公知的是配合酚类化合物或胺化合物(例如专利文献1~11)。
另外,为了抑制润滑油的劣化,已知相对于润滑油基础油,配合具有碳原子数为5~20的仲烃基的有机二硫代磷酸锌、水杨酸的碱土金属盐和硼/氮的原子数比为0.2~0.4的烯基琥珀酰亚胺的硼衍生物(例如专利文献12),但氧化稳定性的提高不够。
进一步,为了提高耐NOx氧化稳定性,在润滑油基础油中配合了(a)聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物4~10重量%、(b)特定的二芳基胺类0.7~1.5重量%、和(c)特定的受阻酚类0.7~1.5重量%(例如专利文献13),有使用苯基萘基胺类作为二芳基胺类的实施例,但氧化稳定性的提高不充分。

鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供粘度上升少、具有优异的氧化稳定性、且灰分量低,对排气净化装置的不良影响少,可充分适应将来的排气标准的适合用于内燃机的润滑油组合物。
本发明人为了达到上述目的进行了深入研究,结果发现,为了抑制与润滑油的氧化劣化相伴随的粘度上升,通过配合规定量的作为无灰分散剂的烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物、以及特定的抗氧化剂,可以延长润滑油的更换距离(时间)。
本发明是在上述发现的基础上完成的。
即,本发明提供:
1.润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在含有矿物油和/或合成油的润滑油基础油中,以组合物为基准,
作为(A)无灰分散剂,以含氮量计含有0.01~0.14质量%的烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物,且该无灰分散剂中的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物以含氮量计为0.05质量%以下,
作为(B)抗氧化剂,含有二烷基二苯基胺化合物0.3~5.0质量%和受阻酚化合物0~2.5质量%,
(C)硫酸灰分为1.2质量%以下。
2.上述1所述的润滑油组合物,其中,烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺是具有重均分子量为500~3000的烯基或烷基的琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或琥珀酸双酰亚胺。
3.上述1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,在烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺中,以含氮量计,琥珀酸单酰亚胺/琥珀酸双酰亚胺的比例为1以下。
4.上述1~3中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,含有碱值为30~600mgKOH/g的碱土金属水杨酸盐作为金属类清净剂,以该金属计,该金属类清净剂的含量为100~2800质量ppm。
5.上述1~4中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,其是柴油机用润滑油。
本发明的润滑油组合物灰分量低,同时氧化稳定性优异,粘度和酸值的上升少,可延长润滑油的更换距离(时间),适合作为内燃机用润滑油,特别是柴油机用润滑油。
而且,是可充分适应将来的排气标准的用于内燃机的润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的润滑油组合物所用的基础油可使用矿物油或合成油。
对该矿物油或合成油的种类没有特别限定,将该润滑油组合物用于内燃机时,在100℃时的动态粘度通常为1~100mm2/s,优选为2~40mm2/s。
在100℃时的动态粘度如果小于1mm2/s,则在气门系统部、轴承部磨耗增大,如果超过100mm2/s,则对节省燃耗性有损害。
作为矿物油,可列举例如将石蜡基系原油、中间基系原油或环烷基系原油常压蒸馏,或者将常压蒸馏的残渣油减压蒸馏得到的馏出油,或者将其按照常规方法纯化得到的纯化油,例如溶剂纯化油、氢化纯化油、脱蜡处理油、白土处理油等。
另外,作为合成油,可列举碳原子数为8~14的α-烯烃低聚物,聚(α-烯烃)、α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、烷基苯、烷基萘、单酯、二酯、多元醇酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇、聚氧亚烷基二醇酯、聚氧亚烷基二醇醚、芳香族酯、受阻酯、硅油、氟系油等。
作为单酯,可列举油酸正丁酯、2-乙基己基油酸酯、2-乙基己基硬脂酸酯、2-乙基己基棕榈酸酯、油酸丁氧基乙酯等,作为二酯,可列举己二酸二辛酯、己二酸二异壬酯、己二酸二异癸酯、壬二酸二-2-乙基己酯、壬二酸二异辛酯、壬二酸异壬酯、癸二酸二-2-乙基己酯、癸二酸二异辛酯、癸二酸二异壬酯、十二烷基二酸-2-乙基己酯等,作为多元醇酯,可列举新戊二醇和碳原子数为8~10的羧酸形成的酯,三羟甲基丙烷和碳原子数为8~10的羧酸形成的酯等。
在本发明中,作为基础油,可以使用上述矿物油、合成油的一种,也可以将二种以上组合使用。
另外,矿物油和合成油可以混合使用。
下面,对本发明的(A)、(B)和(C)成分进行说明。
在本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(A)无灰分散剂,使用烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物。
作为烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺,可列举通式(1)表示的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和通式(2)表示的烯基或烷基琥珀酸双酰亚胺。

式中,R1、R3和R4各自为重均分子量为500~3,000的烯基或烷基,R3和R4可以相同,也可以不同,R2、R5和R6各自为碳原子数为2~5的亚烷基,R5和R6可以相同,也可以不同,m表示1~10的整数,n表示0或1~10的整数。
在通式(1)、(2)中,R1、R3和R4各自优选为重均分子量500~3,000,更优选为1,000~3,000的烯基或烷基。
上述R1、R2和R3的重均分子量如果不到500,则在基础油中的溶解性低,如果超过3000,则清净性降低,有可能得不到目标性能。
另外,上述m优选为2~5,更优选为3~4。
如果m超过2,则具有良好的清净性,如果m不到5,则对基础油的溶解性良好。
在通式(2)中,n优选为1~4,更优选为2~3。
n如果超过1,则具有良好的清净性,如果n不到4,则对基础油的溶解性良好。
作为烯基,可列举聚丁烯基,聚异丁烯基、乙烯-丙烯共聚物,作为烷基,可列举将它们氢化得到的。
作为优选的烯基的代表例子,可列举聚丁烯基或聚异丁烯基。
作为聚丁烯基,可将1-丁烯和异丁烯的混合物或高纯度的异丁烯聚合得到。
另外,作为优选的烷基的代表例子,可列举将聚丁烯基或聚异丁烯基氢化得到的。
上述烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺通常可如下制备,使将聚烯烃和马来酸酐反应得到的烯基琥珀酸酐、或将其氢化得到的烷基琥珀酸酐与多胺反应。
上述琥珀酸单酰亚胺和琥珀酸双酰亚胺可通过改变烯基琥珀酸酐或烷基琥珀酸酐与多胺的反应比例来制备。
作为形成上述聚烯烃的烯烃单体,可将碳原子数为2~8的α-烯烃的一种或二种以上混合使用,可优选使用异丁烯和1-丁烯的混合物。
另一方面,作为多胺,可列举乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺、戊二胺等单一二胺;二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、四亚乙基五胺、五亚乙基六胺、二(甲基亚乙基)三胺、二亚丁基三胺、三亚丁基四胺、五亚戊基六胺等多亚烷基多胺。
另外,作为烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺化合物的硼衍生物,可使用通过常规方法制备的。
例如,可使上述聚烯烃与马来酸酐反应生成烯基琥珀酸酐后,进一步使其与下述中间体反应,从而使其酰亚胺化而得到,所述中间体为上述多胺与氧化硼、卤代硼、硼酸、硼酸酐、硼酸酯、硼酸的铵盐等硼化合物反应得到的中间体。
对该硼衍生物中的硼含量没有特别限定,但以硼计通常为0.05~5质量%,优选为0.1~3质量%。
以组合物为基准,本发明的润滑油组合物含有以氮含量计为0.01~0.14质量%的烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物作为无灰分散剂,且该无灰分散剂中的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物以氮含量计为0.05质量%以下。
烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物的含量优选为0.05~0.13质量%。
烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物的含量如果小于0.01质量%,则不能充分发挥作为无灰分散剂的效果,而如果超过0.14质量%,则粘度增加变大,长效性降低。
该无灰分散剂中的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物的含量优选为0.01~0.04质量%。
无灰分散剂中的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物的含量如果超过0.05质量%,则粘度增加变大,长效性降低。
在本发明的烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺中,琥珀酸单酰亚胺/琥珀酸双酰亚胺的以氮含量计的比例为1以下,优选为0.8以下,更优选为0.7以下。
该比例如果超过1,则粘度增加变大,长效性降低。
在本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(B)抗氧化剂,使用二烷基二苯基胺化合物,有时使用受阻酚化合物。
作为二烷基二苯基胺化合物,可列举碳原子数为4~18的混合烷基二苯基胺化合物。
具体而言,可列举4,4’-二丁基二苯基胺;4,4’-二戊基二苯基胺;4,4’-二己基二苯基胺;4,4’-二庚基二苯基胺;4,4’-二辛基二苯基胺;4,4’-二壬基二苯基胺等。
上述二烷基二苯基胺化合物可以使用一种,或将二种以上混合使用。
作为受阻酚化合物,可列举例如2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚、4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚;2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚;2,6-二叔丁基-4-(N,N’-二甲基氨基甲基苯酚);4,4’-硫代双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);2,2’-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);双(3-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苄基)硫醚;双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)硫醚;正十八烷基-3-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸酯;2,2,-硫代(二乙基-双-3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯;4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-双(2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-二叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-亚丁基双(3-甲基-6-二叔丁基苯酚);4,4’-异亚丙基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚);2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚;2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚;2,4-二甲基-叔丁基苯酚;2,6-二叔丁基-(N,N-二甲基氨基甲基苯酚;4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);2,2’-硫代双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚);双(3-甲基-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苄基)硫醚;双(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)硫醚;2,2’-二硫代-二亚乙基双[3(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯酚)丙酸酯];十三烷基-3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯酚)丙酸酯;季戊四醇-四[3(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯酚)丙酸酯];十八烷基-3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯酚)丙酸酯;辛基-3-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸酯等。
其中,特别优选双酚和含酯基酚类的。
上述受阻酚化合物可以使用一种,或将二种以上组合使用。
以组合物为基准,本发明的润滑油组合物含有二烷基二苯基胺化合物0.3~5.0质量%和受阻酚化合物0~2.5质量%。
二烷基二苯基胺化合物的含量优选为0.3~2.0质量%。
二烷基二苯基胺化合物的含量如果小于0.3质量%,则粘度增加,长期润滑性变差,如果超过5.0质量%,则虽然量大,但见不到效果的提高,在经济上不利。
另外,受阻酚化合物的含量优选为0.2~2.5质量%,受阻酚化合物的含量如果超过2.5质量%,则虽然量大,但见不到效果的提高,粘度增加,长期润滑性变差。
以组合物为基准,本发明的润滑油组合物含有(C)硫酸灰分1.2质量%以下,优选为1.1质量%以下。
硫酸灰分量如果超过1.2质量%,则将该润滑油组合物用于例如柴油机时,会引起DPF(柴油机微粒过滤器)的堵塞,缩短其寿命。
以组合物为基准,本发明的润滑油组合物中,通常含有碱值为30~600mgKOH/g的碱土金属水杨酸盐作为金属类清净剂,其含有比例以金属计为100~2800质量ppm。
碱土金属水杨酸盐的碱值(JISK2501高氯酸法)优选为30~600mgKOH/g,更优选为50~400mgKOH/g。
该碱值如果不到30mgKOH/g,则酸中和性能、清净性能不够,如果超过600mgKOH/g,则储藏稳定性下降。
另外,碱土金属的含量优选为100~2,800质量ppm,更优选为300~2,700质量ppm。
该碱土金属的含量如果不到100质量ppm,则作为金属类清净剂的效果有可能不能充分发挥,而如果超过2800质量ppm,则有时硫酸灰分超过1.2质量%。
作为碱土金属水杨酸盐,为烷基水杨酸的碱土金属盐,通常可通过如下方法得到,即,用碳原子数为8~18的α-烯烃将苯酚烷基化,接着通过科尔柏-施密特(Kolbe-Schmitt)反应导入羧基后,进行复分解,进行碳酸化的方法。
作为烷基水杨酸的具体例子,可列举十二烷基水杨酸、十二烷基甲基水杨酸、十四烷基水杨酸、十六烷基水杨酸、十八烷基水杨酸、二辛基水杨酸等。
还可适当添加碱土金属磺酸盐、碱土金属酚盐。
根据需要,在不损害本发明目的的范围内,本发明的润滑油组合物中可以适当添加以往内燃机润滑油中惯用的其它添加成分,例如磨损防止剂、摩擦调节剂、粘度指数提高剂、倾点下降剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、消泡剂等。
作为磨损防止剂,可列举例如二硫代磷酸金属盐(Zn、Pb、Sb、Mo等)、二硫代氨基甲酸金属盐(Zn等)、硫化合物、磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯的胺盐、亚磷酸酯的胺盐等。
作为摩擦调节剂,可列举二烷基硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)、各种胺、酰胺、胺盐以及它们的衍生物、或多元醇的脂肪酸酯、多元醇的烷基醚以及它们的衍生物。
另外,作为粘度指数提高剂,可列举聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃类共聚物、苯乙烯类共聚物等。
作为倾点下降剂,可列举例如聚甲基丙烯酸酯等,作为防锈剂,可列举例如烯基琥珀酸或其偏酯等,作为防腐剂,可列举例如苯并三唑、苯并咪唑、噻二唑等,作为消泡剂,可列举例如二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯等。
实施例
下面,通过实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限定。
实施例1~14和比较例1~6
如表1-1和表1-2所示,使用下述基础油和添加剂调制本发明的润滑油组合物,并评价它们的性状和性能。
(基础油和添加剂)
使用下述基础油进行调制,使润滑油组合物在100℃的动态粘度为10.5mm2/s。
1.基础油1:使用在100℃的动态粘度为4.4mm2/s的矿物油。
2.基础油2:使用在100℃的动态粘度为4mm2/s的聚(α-烯烃)。
3.烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺A:用具有重均分子量为1000的聚丁烯基的烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺(氮含量为1.1质量%,OLOA373,シエブロンテキサコジヤパン公司制)。
4.烯基琥珀酸单酰亚胺B:用具有重均分子量为1000的聚丁烯基的烯基琥珀酸单酰亚胺(氮含量为2.0质量%,ル一ブリゾ一ル6406,日本ル一ブリゾ一ル公司制)。
5.烯基琥珀酸单酰亚胺的硼衍生物C:用具有重均分子量为1000的聚丁烯基的烯基琥珀酸单酰亚胺的硼衍生物(氮含量为2.3质量%,硼含量1.9质量%,ル一ブリゾ一ル935,日本ル一ブリゾ一ル公司制)。
6.二烷基二苯基胺化合物:二烷基二苯基胺(烷基为丁基和辛基的混合物)[イルガノツクスL57,チバスペシヤリテイケミカルズ公司制]。
7.受阻酚化合物D:4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)[Hitec4710,アフトンケミカルジヤパン公司制]。
8.受阻酚化合物E:辛基-3-(4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)丙酸酯(イルガノツクスL135,チバスペシヤリテイケミカルズ公司制)。
9.萘基胺化合物F:苯基-1-萘基胺(アンチグンPA,住友化学工业社制)。
10.水杨酸钙:碱值170mgKOH/g的水杨酸钙(钙含量为6.1质量%)。
11.仲烷基型二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:使用二-(仲丙基)二硫代磷酸锌和二-(仲己基)二硫代磷酸锌的混合物。磷含量为8.2质量%。
12.粘度指数提高剂:使用パラトン 8220(シエブロンテキサコジヤパン公司制)。
13.其它添加剂:使用倾点下降剂、铜钝化剂等。
调节表1-1和表1-2的基础油的比例,使润滑油组合物中所含的所有成分的合计量为100质量%。
(试验方法)
1.硫酸灰分试验:按照JIS K 2544测定。
2.评价试验
向玻璃制试管中加入润滑油组合物试样150g,铜(25mm×10mm×0.5mm)、铁(25mm×30mm×0.5mm),在170℃吹入空气(500ml/分钟),使其氧化劣化。
每24小时采取试样,测定96、144小时试验后的动态粘度@100℃,求出粘度增加比例。
粘度上升越少,表示氧化稳定性越好。

由表1的结果可知,实施例1~14的润滑油组合物粘度上升少,具有优异的氧化稳定性,润滑油的更换距离(时间)长。
而比较例1~6的润滑油组合物在144小时后的粘度上升大,氧化稳定性差,润滑油的更换距离(时间)短。
产业实用性
本发明的润滑油组合物灰分量低,同时氧化稳定性优异,粘度和酸值的上升少,可延长润滑油的更换距离(时间),因此适用作内燃机用润滑油组合物,特别是汽油发动机、柴油机或以二甲基醚为燃料的发动机、燃气发动机等内燃机用润滑油组合物。
Claims (5)
1.润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在含有矿物油和/或合成油的润滑油基础油中,以组合物为基准,
作为(A)无灰分散剂,以含氮量计含有0.01~0.14质量%的烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物,且该无灰分散剂中的烯基或烷基琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或其硼衍生物以含氮量计为0.05质量%以下,
作为(B)抗氧化剂,含有二烷基二苯基胺化合物0.3~5.0质量%和受阻酚化合物0~2.5质量%,并且
(C)硫酸灰分为1.2质量%以下。
2.权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其中,烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺是具有重均分子量为500~3000的烯基或烷基的琥珀酸单酰亚胺和/或琥珀酸双酰亚胺。
3.权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,在烯基或烷基琥珀酰亚胺中,以含氮量计,琥珀酸单酰亚胺/琥珀酸双酰亚胺的比例为1以下。
4.权利要求1~3中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,含有碱值为30~600mgKOH/g的碱土金属水杨酸盐作为金属类清净剂,以该金属计,该金属类清净剂的含量为100~2800质量ppm。
5.权利要求1~4中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,其是柴油机用润滑油。
