技术领域
本发明涉及延长在线机油使用寿命、保持机油润滑品质的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂及制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油在机械工作过程中起着极其重要的作用,尤其是内燃机械(以下简称发动机)在工作过程中,如果缺少了润滑油,根本无法进行工作。目前,国内外都在研发如何能使润滑油的作用和效果更好,而随着汽车工业的飞速发展,当今发动机是体积越来越小,而其功率要求却越更大化。在这种条件下,对润滑油的性能要求和使用条件更加苛刻。所以国内、外各大企业在不断研发并推出一代又一代的、升级换代的润滑油产品,以便适用于不同类型的发动机。
为此,原来使用的单级机油变为多级(复合型)机油。原来低级别品质的机油升级为高级别品质的机油。但是,由于发动机的工作状态和工作条件的局限性,不管润滑机油怎样升级,品质或功效如何好。机油总是逃脱不了被定期更换的命运。一般情况下,小型车辆每行驶0.6万公里左右,中型和大型车辆每行驶1万公里左右,必须更换机油和相关的过滤装置,这是因为润滑油在使用过程中其各项理化指标,都在不断发生变化,而其中的任何一项理化指标,如杂质、酸值、碱值、水分、闪点及金属(Fe、Al、Cu)等含量,都会影响发动机的工作状况。所以必须定期更换机油和相关的过滤装置,才能保障发动机的正常工况。
目前使用的各种机油净化滤芯内的体积式过滤的生物质过滤基材,只是对在线机油起到单一的过滤的作用,但是在线机油在使用过程会因高温而发生氧化变质,造成机油寿命和品质的降低,为了提高和增强在线机油的抗氧、防腐能力,延长机油的使用寿命,需要对在线机油修复,但是目前的体积式过滤的生物质过滤基材无法实现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中的缺点而提供一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,在体积式生物质滤芯加入本化学添加剂,提高和增强在线机油的抗氧、防腐能力,延长机油的使用寿命,以实现在线机油超长使用,不用更换机油的功能。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂的制备方法。
为解决本发明的技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,由以下重量份的物质组成: 清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙2-3份,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2-3份,抗氧抗腐剂T205仲醇基二烷基二硫磷酸锌2-4份,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.001-0.003份,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐2-3份,AN防锈剂0.0004-0.0006份,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯1-3份,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯0.5-1.5份,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂 0.02-0.03份,JINEX9300粘指剂11-13份,二壬基二苯胺0.5-1.5份,调和基础白油13-15份。
一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,由以下重量份的物质组成: 清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙1.5份,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2份,抗氧抗腐剂T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐3份,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.002份,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐1份,AN防锈剂0.0005份,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯2份,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯1份,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂0.025份,JINEX9300粘指剂13份,二壬基二苯胺1份,调和基础白油15份。
上述抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
a、将TPP亚磷酸三苯酯、四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯、T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐混合,搅拌均匀,形成A溶液;
b、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、Mobilad C 404、二壬基二苯胺,搅拌均匀,形成B溶液;
c、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入AN防锈剂、JINEX9300,加热至45-50℃并搅拌均匀,形成C溶液;
d、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙、T161B硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、保险粉连二亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀形成D溶液;
e、先将A、B溶液混合,搅拌均匀,再将C、D溶液混合搅拌均匀,最后再将它们混合,加热至45-50℃搅拌均匀后,冷却至常温,得到抗氧、防腐的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂。
本发明所使用的物质其成分和功能如下:
T106B是高碱性合成磺酸钙清净剂,它具有优异的酸中和能力和较好的高温清净性。
T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂,是以高活性聚异丁烯(分子量为2000左右) 丁二酰亚胺,为低氮,具有优异的高温清净性和较好的低温分散性。
T205为抗氧抗腐剂,组成为仲醇基二烷基二硫磷酸锌,其抗氧、抗腐性能和抗磨性能优良。
保险粉连二亚硫酸钠Na2SO4,是一种白色砂状结晶或淡黄色粉末化学用品。由于硫处于中间价态,所以连二亚硫酸钠既具有强还原性,还具有强氧化性。
T308为极压抗磨剂,组成为异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐;具有良好的极压抗磨、抗氧性好。
二壬基二苯胺,具有良好的抗氧性、油容性,可以调制高档内燃机机油、高温航空润滑油。
JINEX9300粘指剂,是一种新型的乙丙共聚物粘指改进剂,具有改善机油的粘温性能,同时具有降凝作用。
AN防锈剂,产品为含氮化合物,具有优良的防锈性能。
TPP亚磷酸三苯酯,与卤素阻燃剂并用,具有抗氧、阻燃的双重功能。
四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯,分子式为C10H20 Cl4 O8 P2,具有阻燃持久性好,水解稳定性好的特点。
Mobilad C-404为抗乳化剂,主要成分乙二醇酯,有优良的抗乳化性能,生产企业为美孚公司。
调和基础白油购买于韩国双龙600N或500N。
本发明提供的抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂用于旋转氧弹实验(SH/T0193)超过1000,按台架实验(程序FHD,ASTM D5533)抗氧能力测试,效果优异。用于体积式生物质净化滤芯内,它能增强在线机油的抗氧、防腐能力,减少机油胶质和油泥的产生,减少发动机机油的更换次数,使在线机油长期使用,保持其功效在CI-4/SL级油品的品质不变。本发明特别适用于小型机动车辆和(天燃气、汽油)燃料型车辆的体积式生物质净化滤芯内。

一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,由以下重量的物质组成:清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙3 kg,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2kg,抗氧抗腐剂T205仲醇基二烷基二硫磷酸锌2 kg,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.001 kg,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐2 kg,AN防锈剂0.0004 kg,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯3kg份,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯0.5 kg,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂0.03 kg,JINEX9300粘指剂11 kg,二壬基二苯胺1.5 kg,调和基础白油13 kg。
上述用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
按照上述重量称取各个物质;
a、将TPP亚磷酸三苯酯、四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯、T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐混合,搅拌均匀,形成A溶液;
b、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、Mobilad C 404、二壬基二苯胺,搅拌均匀,形成B溶液;
c、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入AN防锈剂、JINEX9300,加热至50℃并搅拌均匀,形成C溶液;d、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙、T161B硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、保险粉连二亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀形成D溶液;
e、先将A、B溶液混合,搅拌均匀,再将C、D溶液混合搅拌均匀,最后再将它们混合,加热至50℃搅拌均匀后,冷却至常温,得到抗氧、防腐的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂。

按照上述重量称取各个物质;
a、将TPP亚磷酸三苯酯、四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯、T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐混合,搅拌均匀,形成A溶液;
b、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、Mobilad C 404、二壬基二苯胺,搅拌均匀,形成B溶液;
c、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入AN防锈剂、JINEX9300,加热至45℃并搅拌均匀,形成C溶液;
d、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙、T161B硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、保险粉连二亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀形成D溶液;

实施例3
一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,由以下重量的物质组成: 清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙1.5kg,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2 kg,抗氧抗腐剂T205仲醇基二烷基二硫磷酸锌3 kg,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.003kg,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐1 kg,AN防锈剂0.0005 kg,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯2 kg,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯1.0 kg,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂 0.025 kg,JINEX9300粘指剂13 kg,二壬基二苯胺1 kg,调和基础白油15 kg。
上述抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
按照上述重量称取各个物质;
a、将TPP亚磷酸三苯酯、四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯、T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐混合,搅拌均匀,形成A溶液;
b、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、Mobilad C 404、二壬基二苯胺,搅拌均匀,形成B溶液;
c、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入AN防锈剂、JINEX9300,加热至48℃并搅拌均匀,形成C溶液;
d、取5 kg的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙、T161B硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、保险粉连二亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀形成D溶液;
e、先将A、B溶液混合,搅拌均匀,再将C、D溶液混合搅拌均匀,最后再将它们混合,加热至48℃搅拌均匀后,冷却至常温,得到抗氧、防腐的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的物质组成: 清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙2-3份,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2-3份,抗氧抗腐剂T205仲醇基二烷基二硫磷酸锌2-4份,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.001-0.003份,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐2-3份,AN防锈剂0.0004-0.0006份,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯1-3份,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯0.5-1.5份,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂 0.02-0.03份,JINEX9300粘指剂11-13份,二壬基二苯胺0.5-1.5份,调和基础白油13-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的物质组成: 清净剂T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙1.5份,分散剂T161B高分子量丁二酰亚胺分散剂2份,抗氧抗腐剂T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐3份,保险粉连二亚硫酸钠0.002份,极压抗磨剂T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐1份,AN防锈剂0.0005份,TPP亚磷酸三苯酯2份,四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯1份,Mobilad C-404抗乳化剂0.025份,JINEX9300粘指剂13份,二壬基二苯胺1份,调和基础白油15份。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种抗氧、防腐的用于体积式过滤的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
a、将TPP亚磷酸三苯酯、四(2-氯乙基)亚乙基二磷酸酯、T308异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐混合,搅拌均匀,形成A溶液;
b、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T205硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、Mobilad C 404、二壬基二苯胺,搅拌均匀,形成B溶液;
c、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入AN防锈剂、JINEX9300,加热至45-50℃并搅拌均匀,形成C溶液;d、取1/3质量的调和基础白油,然后向调和基础白油中按顺序加入T106B高碱值合成磺酸钙、T161B硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、保险粉连二亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀形成D溶液;
e、先将A、B溶液混合,搅拌均匀,再将C、D溶液混合搅拌均匀,最后再将它们混合,加热至45-50℃搅拌均匀后,冷却至常温,得到抗氧、防腐的生物质机油净化滤芯内的化学添加剂。
