Abstract

Description

层压玻璃板的方法和设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来层压玻璃板的方法,包括将第一块玻璃板传送到层压传送装置上,并通过提升机构将其抬高到离开该传送装置一定的距离。
本发明还涉及一种用来层压玻璃板的设备,所述设备包括体部、拾取臂、用于操作拾取臂的驱动装置、以及位于拾取臂末端的带有吸垫的载物架。
背景技术
现有技术的方法和设备采用可沿滑槽移动的提升机构,该提升机构能够与层压传送装置平行地承载一被抬起的玻璃面板。这种布置确保层压三块或更多块板的能力。然而,该布置的一个缺点在于,层压室的长度将会相当大,这又增加了成本,因为层压室必须是经过空气调节的洁净空间。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是,提供一种在保持层压三块或更多块板的能力的同时能够减小层压室长度的方法和设备。
该目的在所附权利要求中提出的特征性特点的基础上得以实现。权利要求1公开了一种用于两块板层压的方法。权利要求2公开了一种用于层压至少三块玻璃板的方法。独立的设备权利要求5公开了本发明的一种可用于层压两块或更多块板的设备。从属权利要求公开了本发明的优选实施例。

具体实施方式
参见图1,示出一层压室,该层压室限定一层压空间2并容纳一层压传送装置1、一提升机构3、以及一用于薄膜卷4的盒子5。用于薄膜卷4的盒子5在层压传送装置1的行进方向上位于提升机构3后面。
图2-5从构造方面更加具体地说明了提升机构3。提升机构3包括体部6、拾取臂7、用于操作拾取臂的驱动装置10、以及位于拾取臂7末端的带有吸垫9的载物架8。在图示情况下,拾取臂7是垂直的,载物架装在其底端。拾取臂7的长度足够用于将载物架8连同其吸垫9提升到层压传送装置1上方很高的高度。因此,在层压较小块玻璃而不使用提升机构3的情况下,载物架8不会阻隔通路。
该创造性设备的新颖之处在于,提升机构的体部6固定地与层压室的屋顶相连接,使得该提升机构在层压空间2中固定。另一方面,在拾取臂7和载物架8之间提供了用于相对于拾取臂7操纵载物架8的纵向和横向导轨11和12。当由提升机构保持的玻璃板降低到当前位于层压传送装置1上的一玻璃板及其塑料覆盖薄膜的顶部时,载物架8的这种可移动性能够用于使玻璃板对齐。
在下列过程中该设备被操作用于两板层压。第一块玻璃板被传送到层压传送装置1上并通过提升机构3提升到离开传送装置1一定的距离。在第二块玻璃板被安放到第一块玻璃板下方时,提升机构3保持位置固定。从盒子5中拉出塑料薄膜,以覆盖第二块玻璃板。第一块玻璃板通过提升机构3降低到第二块玻璃板和塑料薄膜的顶部,并在需要时通过相对于拾取臂7水平移动载物架8来使玻璃板对齐。在然后继续进行层压以层压至少三块玻璃板的情况下,通过层压传送装置1从提升机构3的下方移走这两块叠置并在中间设有塑料薄膜的玻璃板。将第三块玻璃板传送到层压传送装置1上并传送到提升机构3下方,并且通过提升机构3提升到离开传送装置1一定的距离。将塑料薄膜拉出以覆盖这两块叠置的玻璃板的顶部表面,其上覆盖有塑料薄膜的所述两块叠置的玻璃板返回到提升机构3和第三块玻璃板的下方。利用提升机构3将第三块玻璃板降低至覆盖所述两块玻璃板的塑料薄膜的顶部。再次操作载物架以使玻璃板对齐。尽管玻璃板在进入层压空间之前已经在传送装置上对齐,但这种对齐,尤其是相对于前进方向的对齐,并不是足够地精确以至能证明通过传送装置的操作可以忽略载物架的运动。由于载物架8能够相对于提升机构的其它部分独立地操纵/移动,所以必须操纵/移动的仅仅是很小的质量。
随后可能的玻璃面板将通过类似的方法层压,只是前面所述的数字都要增加1(三块叠置的,第四块玻璃板……等)。
如图1所示,用于薄膜卷4的盒子5位于层压传送装置的上方并(沿传送方向相继地)位于玻璃板提升机构3的旁边。载物架8和盒子5在层压传送装置1前进方向的总长度大于层压空间2的长度的50%。如果提升机构可在用于将玻璃板互相叠置的滑槽上移动,则这将无法实现。这种创造性的布置能够将层压室的长度减小玻璃板的一个最大占位(displacement)距离。因此,载物架8的长度可以比层压空间2的长度的1/3长。层压空间2的长度仅仅略长于2倍的最大尺寸玻璃板的长度而小于3倍的最大尺寸玻璃板的长度。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于层压玻璃板的方法,包括:将第一块玻璃板传送到层压传送装置(1)上并通过提升机构(3)将第一块玻璃板提升到离开传送装置(1)一定的距离;保持提升机构(3)位置固定并将第二块玻璃板传送到第一块玻璃板下方,其特征在于:当第二块玻璃板位于第一块玻璃板下方时,拉出塑料薄膜以覆盖第二块玻璃板;通过提升机构(3)将第一块玻璃板降低到第二块玻璃板和塑料薄膜的顶部;通过相对于提升机构的拾取臂(7)操作或者移动位于拾取臂(7)末端的载物架(8)而使玻璃板对齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于层压至少三块玻璃板的方法,其特征在于:通过层压传送装置(1)将其间设有塑料薄膜且已按权利要求1中的方法一块放置在另一块顶部的两块叠置的玻璃板从提升机构(3)的下方移走;将第三块玻璃板传送到层压传送装置上并传送到提升机构(3)下方,并且通过提升机构(3)将第三块玻璃板提升到离开层压传送装置(1)一定距离;拉出塑料薄膜以覆盖所述两块叠置的玻璃板的顶部表面,并且使所述两块叠置的玻璃板返回到提升机构(3)和第三块玻璃板的下方;利用提升机构(3)将第三块玻璃板降低到覆盖所述两块叠置的玻璃板的塑料薄膜的顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:按类似的方法层压随后可能的玻璃面板,只是每次将所述数字增加1。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于:当通过提升机构(3)降低最顶部的玻璃板时,通过相对于提升机构的拾取臂(7)操作位于拾取臂(7)末端的载物架(8)而使玻璃板对齐。
5.一种用于层压玻璃板的设备,所述设备包括一层压室,该层压室限定一层压空间并容纳一层压传送装置(1)、用于薄膜卷(4)的盒子(5)以及一提升机构(3),该提升机构包括体部(6)、拾取臂(7)、用于操作拾取臂的驱动装置(10)和位于拾取臂(7)末端的带有吸垫(9)的载物架(8),其中提升机构的体部(6)在层压空间(2)中被固定,其特征在于:在提升机构的拾取臂(7)和载物架(8)之间设有用于相对于拾取臂(7)操作载物架(8)的导轨(11,12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于:载物架(8)具有比层压空间(2)的长度的1/3长的长度。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的设备,其特征在于:用于薄膜卷(4)的盒子(5)位于层压传送装置(1)的上方并位于提升机构(3)旁边,并且载物架(8)和盒子(5)沿层压传送装置(1)的前进方向的总长度大于层压空间(2)的长度的50%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:用于薄膜卷(4)的盒子(5)沿层压传送装置(1)的前进方向位于提升机构(3)的后面。
