车辆用控制设备
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及一种车辆用控制设备,尤其涉及一种用以控制能够通过从旋转电机接收的驱动力和从发动机接收的驱动力运行的混合动力车辆的技术。
背景技术
近年来,作为解决环境问题对策的一部分,能够通过从旋转电机接收的驱动力运行的混合动力车辆日益获得关注。当这样的混合动力车辆加速时,其利用从发动机接收的驱动力来获得加速,产生供给到旋转电机的电力等。因此其要求发动机转速迅速升高。
日本专利未审定公报No.10-238380公开了一种混合动力车辆用控制设备,该控制设备在车辆过渡工作时允许其发动机的响应性提高。更具体地,如日本专利未审定公报No.10-238380所记载的,混合动力车辆用控制设备控制包括发动机、与发动机相连并且包括第一和第二旋转电机的动力转换单元、用于驱动第一和第二旋转电机的逆变器装置以及与逆变器装置电气地相连的蓄电装置的混合动力车辆。控制设备基于车辆工作信息控制发动机的输出转矩,并且控制设备还基于发动机输出转矩的控制量以及对应于发动机特性的发动机目标转速,控制第一和第二旋转电机所产生的转矩值。控制设备包括检测过渡状态的检测单元,以及转矩修正单元。检测过渡状态的检测单元检测对应于车辆加减速的车辆过渡状态。如果过渡状态的检测结果表明车辆在加速,则转矩修正单元作出修正以减小指令第一旋转电机输出的转矩值,并且还作出修正以增大指令第二旋转电机输出的转矩值。如果过渡状态的检测结果表明车辆在减速,则转矩修正单元作出修正以增大指令第一旋转电机输出的转矩值,并且还作出修正以减小指令第二旋转电机输出的转矩值。
如在该公报中所记载的,混合动力车辆用控制设备被设置成使得发动机在第一旋转电机用作负荷的状态下旋转。如果在这种情况下车辆加速,并且指令第一旋转电机输出的转矩值被修正为减小,则通过该减小发动机的负荷减轻,这促进了发动机转速的升高。同时,指令第二旋转电机输出的转矩值被修正为增大,车辆的运行性能将不会削弱。相反地,如果车辆减速,并且指令第一旋转电机输出的转矩值被修正为增大,则通过该增大发动机的负荷增加,这促进了发动机转速的降低。同时,指令第二旋转电机输出的转矩值被修正为减小,并且车辆适当地制动。因此当发动机处于过渡工作状态时,能够解决排放恶化、发动机输出意外降低以及其它缺点。结果发动机能够提供需要的输出,因而响应性提高。
如果发动机、第一旋转电机以及第二旋转电机的连接方式使得,如通过日本专利未审定公报No.10-238380中所记载的混合动力车辆用控制设备所进行的一样,当车辆加速时第一旋转电机的转矩降低,则发动机的负荷会增大。例如,如果发动机与行星齿轮的行星架相连,并且第一和第二旋转电机分别与太阳齿轮和齿圈相连,则如图7的共线图中实线所表示的,第一和第二旋转电机各自的转速具有由直线表示的关系。在这样的情况下,如果第一旋转电机转矩降低从而其转速降低,则如图7中点划线所表示的,第一旋转电机用作负荷从而引起发动机转速降低。这样,当车辆加速时,发动机的驱动力无法增加,结果无法获得期望的加速度。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题而作出,其目的是提供一种能够改进车辆加速性的车辆用控制设备。
本发明的车辆用控制设备包括:动力分配机构,所述动力分配机构包括太阳齿轮、与所述太阳齿轮相啮合的小齿轮、可转动地支承所述小齿轮的行星架、以及与所述小齿轮相啮合的齿圈,与所述行星架相连的发动机;与所述太阳齿轮相连的第一旋转电机;与所述齿圈相连的第二旋转电机;电池;与所述电池电气地并列设置的电容器;以及控制单元,当随着所述发动机的驱动力传递到驱动轮所述车辆加速时,所述控制单元使得所述电池和所述电容器供给电力以增加所述第二旋转电机的转速,并且还控制所述第一旋转电机和所述第二旋转电机以防止所述第一旋转电机用作所述发动机的负荷。
根据本发明,当随着发动机的动力传递到驱动轮车辆加速时,电池和电容器向第二旋转电机供给电力以增加第二旋转电机的转速。由于电池和电容器向第二旋转电机供给电力,所以能够供给第二旋转电机充分的电力。特别地,电容器的瞬时输出非常优秀,并且能够以迅速的响应性供给第二旋转电机电力。因此第二旋转电机能够提供驱动力以使车辆加速。第一旋转电机被控制为使其不用作发动机的负荷。这允许发动机转速迅速升高。因此发动机和第二旋转电机能够提供驱动力以使车辆加速。结果,能够提供可以改进车辆加速性的车辆用控制设备。
优选地,所述车辆用控制设备还包括:用于计算所述第二旋转电机需要提供的输出的第一计算单元;用于计算从所述电池和所述电容器提供的输出的第二计算单元;以及用于通过用从所述电池和所述电容器提供的所述输出减去所述第二旋转电机需要提供的所述输出计算所述第一旋转电机的输出的第三计算单元。所述控制单元基于所述第一旋转电机的所述输出控制所述第一旋转电机以增加所述发动机的转速。
根据本发明,从电池和电容器提供的输出减去第二旋转电机需要提供的输出以计算第一旋转电机的输出。根据计算出的第一旋转电机的输出控制第一旋转电机。因此确保了第二旋转电机需要提供的输出,而剩余的输出可以用以增加第一旋转电机的输出。这可以抑制第二旋转电机的输出不充分,而第一旋转电机能够提供输出以增加发动机的转速。结果,发动机和第二旋转电机可以提供驱动力以使车辆迅速加速。
还优选地,当所述发动机获得预定转速时,所述控制单元控制所述第一旋转电机以降低从所述第一旋转电机产生的转矩。
根据本发明,当发动机的转速增加以获得加速需要的转速时,由第一旋转电机产生的转矩降低。这能够抑制不必要的电力消耗。
还优选地,所述车辆用控制设备还包括动力分配机构,所述动力分配机构包括太阳齿轮、与所述太阳齿轮相啮合的小齿轮、可转动地支承所述小齿轮的行星架以及与所述小齿轮相啮合的齿圈。所述发动机与所述行星架相连。所述第一旋转电机与所述太阳齿轮相连。所述第二旋转电机与所述齿圈相连。
根据本发明,发动机与第一和第二旋转电机各自的转速在共线图中具有直线关系。在具有这样关系的车辆中,发动机的转速可以迅速增加以改进加速性。
还优选地,所述旋转电机是电动发电机。
在第五发明中安装有电动发电机的车辆的加速性可以改进。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图说明本发明的实施例。在以下的说明中,相同的部件由相同的参考符号表示。其名称和功能也相同。因此将不再重复说明。
参照图1,本实施例提供了一种将在下文中进行说明的安装在混合动力车辆上的控制设备。车辆包括发动机100、电动发电机MG1 200、MG2300、动力分配机构400、第一逆变器500、第二逆变器600、电池700、转换器800以及电容器900。车辆通过从发动机100和MG2 300中至少一者所接收的驱动力而运行。
发动机100、MG1 200以及MG2 300经由动力分配机构400连接。发动机100产生动力,该动力被动力分配机构400分配成两条线路。一条线路是经由减速器驱动车轮(未示出)。另一条线路是驱动MG1 200以发电。
MG1 200是三相交流电动机。MG1 200根据由动力分配机构400分配的发动机100的动力发电。取决于车辆的运行状况、电池700的充电状态(SOC)等,选择性地使用由MG1 200产生的电力。例如如果车辆正常运行,则由MG1 200产生的电力完全用作驱动MG2 300的电力。如果电池400的SOC低于预定值,则由MG1 200产生的电力通过逆变器500从交流电转换为直流电。随后,通过转换器800调整电力的电压从而将其存储在电池700中,或者不调整电压从而将其存储在电容器900中。
如果MG1 200用作发电机,则MG1 200产生负转矩。这里负转矩是指用作发动机100的负荷的转矩。相反地,如将在下文中说明的,如果MG1 200接收电力从而用作电动机,则MG1 200产生正转矩。这里正转矩是指不用作发动机100的负荷的转矩。换句话说,正转矩是指协助发动机100转动的转矩。类似地讨论MG2 300。
MG2 300是三相交流电动机。MG2 300由存储在电池700中的电力、存储在电容器900中的电力以及由MG1 200产生的电力中的至少一者驱动。MG2 300接收通过第二逆变器600从交流电转换为直流电的电力。
MG2 300提供驱动力,该驱动力经由减速器传递到车轮。因此MG2300协助发动机100,提供驱动力以使车辆运行等。
当混合动力车辆再生制动时,MG2 300经由减速器被车轮驱动,从而作为发电机工作。因此MG2 300用作将制动能量转换为电力的再生制动器。因此MG2 300产生电力,该电力经由第二逆变器600存储在电池700中,或存储在电容器900中。
电池700是由多个串联连接的电池模块构成的一组电池,各电池模块由多个单电池集成在一起而形成。电池700的放电电压和电池700的充电电压通过转换器800调整。电容器900由多个并联连接的单元(cell)构成。注意为了增强耐电性能,一部分单元可以串联连接以构成电容器900。
发动机100、第一逆变器500和第二逆变器600以及转换器800受ECU1000控制。ECU 1000包括HV_ECU 1010、MG_ECU 1020以及发动机ECU 1030。
HV_ECU 1010接收来自温度传感器902表示电容器900的温度的信号,以及来自电压计904表示电容器900的电压的信号。此外,HV_ECU1010接收来自车速传感器2000表示车速的信号,来自加速踏板位置传感器2100表示加速踏板(未示出)的位置的信号,以及来自传感器2200表示制动踏板(未示出)的下压力的信号。
MG_ECU 1020接收来自传感器202表示MG1 200的转速的信号以及来自传感器302表示MG2 300的转速的信号。发动机ECU 1030接收来自传感器102表示发动机100的转速的信号。
HV_ECU 1010、MG_ECU 1020以及发动机ECU 1030彼此连接,从而能够相互传递和接收信号。基于输入到各个ECU的信号以及存储在存储器(未示出)中的程序和脉谱图,HV_ECU 1010计算发动机100以及MG1 200和MG2 300需要提供的输出。
MG_ECU 1020基于MG1 200和MG2 300需要提供的输出工作,以控制第一逆变器500和第二逆变器600从而控制MG1 200和MG2 300。基于发动机100需要提供的输出,发动机ECU 1030工作以控制发动机100。
参照图2,将更具体地说明动力分配机构400。动力分配机构400由包括太阳齿轮402、小齿轮404、行星架406、以及齿圈408的行星齿轮构成。
小齿轮404与太阳齿轮402和齿圈408相啮合。行星架406支承小齿轮404使其能够旋转。太阳齿轮402与MG1 200的旋转轴相连。行星架406与发动机100的曲轴相连。齿圈408与MG2 300的旋转轴及减速器1100相连。
如图3所示,在共线图中,经由由行星齿轮构成的动力分配机构400相连的发动机100、MG1 200以及MG2 300各自的转速之间的关系由直线表示。
参照图4,实现本实施例的控制设备的ECU 1000执行如将在下文中说明的为控制而构成的程序。
在步骤(以下缩写为S)100,基于从加速踏板位置传感器2100传递的信号,ECU 1000检测加速踏板位置P。
在S102,ECU 1000判定加速踏板位置P是否大于预定加速踏板位置P(0)。如果大于预定加速踏板位置,则可以认为驾驶员要求加速车辆。如果加速踏板位置P大于预定加速踏板位置P(0)(在S102判定为“是”),则处理转到步骤S104。否则(在S102判定为“否”)处理结束。
在S104,分别基于从车速传感器2000和传感器2200传递的信号,ECU1000检测车速和制动踏板的下压力。
在S106,基于检测到的加速踏板位置P、车速以及制动踏板的下压力,ECU 1000计算加速必要的、车辆需要提供的输出。在S108,基于存储器中存储的脉谱图,ECU 1000计算发动机100和MG2 300需要提供的输出。
在S110,基于从电压计904和温度传感器902传递的信号,ECU 1000检测电容器900的电压和温度。在S112,ECU 1000检测电池700的放电电力限制值WOUT。该放电电力限制值基于电池700的温度、SOC等由HV_ECU 1010确定。因此ECU 1000从ECU 1000的内部检测该放电电力限制值。
在S114,基于电容器900的电压和温度以及电池700的放电电力限制值,ECU 1000计算电容器900和电池700能够供给的输出(或电力)。
在S116,通过从电容器900和电池700能够供给的输出减去MG2 300需要提供的输出,ECU 1000计算能够供给到MG1 200的输出(或电力)。
在S118,基于分别从传感器202和302传递的检测到的转速信号,ECU1000检测MG1 200的转速和MG2 300的转速。
在S120,ECU 1000检测系统电压。这里系统电压等于电容器900的电压。因此ECU 1000基于从电压计904传递的信号检测系统电压。
在S122,基于能够供给到MG1 200的输出、MG1 200的转速以及系统电压,ECU 1000计算其指令MG1 200输出的转矩,并且基于MG2300需要提供的输出、MG2 300的转速以及系统电压,ECU 1000计算其指令MG2 300输出的转矩。换句话说,计算出转矩以允许MG1 200和MG2 300协助发动机100。
在S124,ECU 1000使车辆加速。更具体地,基于发动机100需要提供的输出,发动机ECU 103控制发动机100的输出。为了允许MG1 200和MG2 300输出计算出的、ECU 1000指令MG1 200和MG2 300输出的转矩,MG_ECU 1020控制第一逆变器500和第二逆变器600以驱动MG1200和MG2 300。
在S126,基于从传感器202传递的信号,ECU 1000检测MG1 200的转速N。在S128,ECU 1000判定MG1 200的转速N是否大于预定转速N(0)。预定转速N(0)基于发动机100的预定目标转速和MG2 300的转速而确定。更具体地,如果MG1 200的转速N大于预定转速N(0),则发动机100的转速大于预定目标转速。发动机100的目标转速被确定为允许车辆获得期望加速度的转速。
如果MG1 200的转速N大于预定转速N(0)(在S128判定为“是”),则处理转到S130。否则(在S128判定为“否”)处理返回到S116。在S130,ECU 1000降低MG1 200的转矩。然后处理结束。
根据上述结构和流程图,实现本实施例的控制设备的ECU 1000如在下文中所说明的进行工作。
当发动机100的动力被传递到车轮时,检测加速踏板位置P(S100)。如果加速踏板位置P大于预定加速踏板位置P(0)(在S102判定为“是”),即,驾驶员要求使车辆加速,则检测当前车速和制动踏板的下压力(S104)。从所检测到的车速和制动踏板的下压力,计算加速必要的、车辆需要提供的输出(S106)。从车辆需要提供的输出,计算发动机100和MG2 300需要提供的输出(S108)。
此外,检测电容器900的电压和温度(S110)并检测电池700的放电电力限制值(S112)。使用所检测到的电压、温度和放电电力限制值计算电容器900和电池700能够供给的输出(S114)。从计算出的电容器900和电池700能够供给的输出减去计算出的MG2 300需要提供的输出,计算能够供给到MG1 200的输出(S116)。换句话说,确保MG2 300需要提供的输出后,剩余的输出(电力)是能够供给到MG1 200的输出。因此能够抑制MG2 300接收的电力不充分。
随后,分别检测MG1 200和MG2 300的转速(S118)并且检测系统电压(S120)。使用该转速、系统电压、能够供给到MG1 200的输出以及MG2 300需要提供的输出计算ECU 1000指令各个MG输出的转矩(S122)。更具体地,计算转矩以允许MG1 200和MG2 300协助发动机100。
随后,根据发动机100需要提供的输出控制发动机100,并且控制第一逆变器500和第二逆变器600以使得各个MG输出所计算出的ECU 1000指令MG提供的输出。
因此,如图5中由点划线所表示的,MG1 200和MG2 300各自的转速增加得大于由实线表示的转速。因此MG1 200不用作发动机100的负荷。因此,发动机100的转速能够迅速升高。因此,如图6所示,加速度迅速增大从而允许车辆以期望的加速度加速(S124)。
此时,MG1 200和MG2 300接收来自电池700和电容器900两者的电力。特别地,电容器900的瞬时输出性能优于电池700。因此MG1 200和MG2 300能够接收充分的电力。
在加速时,检测MG1 200的转速N(S126),并且如果在图6中所示的时刻T(0),MG1 200的转速N大于预定转速N(0)(在S128判定为“是”),则可以认为发动机100的转速增加到足以作为满足期望加速度的目标转速。
在这种情况下,MG1 200的转矩降低。这样能够减少不必要的电力消耗。而且,最终MG1 200的转矩成为负转矩。如果MG1 200的转矩是负转矩,则MG1 200用作发电机。因此,发动机100的转速增加到充分高后,由MG1 200产生的电力被用来驱动MG2 300从而使车辆加速。
因此,当车辆需要加速时,本实施例的控制设备或ECU允许电容器和电池向MG1和2供给电力,从而允许MG1和2的输出增加。这样能够防止MG1用作发动机的负荷,从而使发动机的转速升高,以通过从发动机和MG2接收的驱动力使车辆加速。
注意在上述实施例中,当车辆需要加速时,MG1 200的转矩升高。可替换地,当车辆加速时,MG1 200的转矩可以为0。在这种情况下MG1 200同样不用作发动机的负荷。因此发动机100的转速通过发动机100自身的输出而增加。
应当理解这里公开的实施例在任何方面都是示例性的而非限制性的。本发明的范围由权利要求的术语而不是上述说明来限定,并且意图包含等同于权利要求的范围和意义内的任何修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆用控制设备,包括:
动力分配机构,所述动力分配机构包括太阳齿轮、与所述太阳齿轮相啮合的小齿轮、可转动地支承所述小齿轮的行星架、以及与所述小齿轮相啮合的齿圈,
与所述行星架相连的发动机;
与所述太阳齿轮相连的第一旋转电机;
与所述齿圈相连的第二旋转电机;
电池;
与所述电池电气地并列设置的电容器;以及
控制单元,当随着所述发动机的驱动力传递到驱动轮所述车辆加速时,所述控制单元使得所述电池和所述电容器供给电力以增加所述第二旋转电机的转速,并且还控制所述第一旋转电机和所述第二旋转电机以防止所述第一旋转电机用作所述发动机的负荷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用控制设备,还包括:
用于计算所述第二旋转电机需要提供的输出的第一计算单元;
用于计算从所述电池和所述电容器提供的输出的第二计算单元;以及
用于通过用从所述电池和所述电容器提供的所述输出减去所述第二旋转电机需要提供的所述输出计算所述第一旋转电机的输出的第三计算单元,其中
所述控制单元基于所述第一旋转电机的所述输出控制所述第一旋转电机以增加所述发动机的转速。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用控制设备,其中当所述发动机获得预定转速时,所述控制单元控制所述第一旋转电机以降低从所述第一旋转电机产生的转矩。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车辆用控制设备,其中所述旋转电机是电动发电机。
