Abstract
一种生产热塑塑料材料卷带的设备,至少在100μm到12mm范围内,不受厚度的影响,设备有一个单一的装置,其中有冷却压光辊分别安装在底架和上架上。上架可以相对于底架在两个工作状态之间调节。在一对送料辊中,最好直接在一个压片模后,两送料辊之一安排底架中,而另一个在上架上。因此,在一个工作状态下,上送料辊和底架送料辊关连,在另一状态下,平舒横档与底架送料辊关连。上架中设平舒横档,并最好有一空气喷出嘴。上架最好安排一个滑动件,在底架的滑道上移动。
Description
本发明有关一种将热塑塑料加工成卷带材料的设备,具体为制造食品包装的有防护层的薄片,使用最好有冷却的压光辊,一对送料辊轴之间的距离可以调节。使用这种设备时,具体从压片模中出来的热塑材料,被辊压成材料卷带,最好同时有冷却。增加压光辊的数目和安排,取决于与产品相关的标准,这必然决定送料辊的间隙等等。
这方面的一个特殊问题,是可以生产的材料卷带的厚度范围,不能小于600μm的低限,尤其当压光辊可以加工12mm以上的卷带材料时。这是在产生有均匀厚度的特别薄的薄片料时已公认的问题,为此已有特殊的器件研制。
本发明提出的一种装置,可用以产生厚度至少在100μm至12mm范围内的材料卷带。
根据本发明,两个送料辊中之一处在底架中,另一个处在上架中,上架可以相对下架调节,并有一个平舒横档,在两种工作状态下,上送料辊或平舒横档分别和底架送料辊配合。
通过选择底架送料辊和上架送料辊配合,或和平舒横档配合,便可能生产其厚度至少约在100μm至12mm范围内的材料卷带。
制造厚度为约600μm至12mm的材料卷带,按正常方法用一对送料辊进行,而100μm至500μm之间的特别薄的材料卷带,可以通过平舒横档和底架送料辊的相互配合制造。于是不使用的上架的相应接触压力部分处于无作用状态。
在第一实施方案中,假设上架有一个滑动件,可以在底架的滑道上移动。因此,可以在两种工作状态中作特别简单的调节。假如滑道可以在底架上围绕平行于其送料辊的轴线旋转,那么机械的改装可以便利很多。
在另一实施方案中,假设在上架中安装一个第二压光辊,围绕一条平行轴线旋转。
因此,在用送料辊对的工作状态中,约在600μm至12mm的全部厚度范围内,适宜于引导材料卷带从上架辊中通过。
另一实施方案可以把设备和挤出模直接连接,设置平舒横档,平舒横档悬挂在摆动架上旋转。因此在送料辊对的工作状态下,平舒横档可以从材料卷带的高度上移出,横档在挤出模的方向上移动。
最好在平舒横档上设置一个空气喷出咀,可以在摆动架上调节高度,藉以适应材料的厚度,完全利用鼓风机通过喷咀喷出的空气,把材料贴在底架的送料辊上,因此接触压力特别容易调节,并且比用辊对可以选择低很多的接触压力。喷咀喷出的空气可用于冷却材料卷带。
在送料辊的后面,最好在底架上设置若干压光辊,因此在送料辊对的工作状态下,还可作另一种选择,使材料卷带可以从上架的辊中通过,或从底架辊中通过。在两个辊组中,每一辊可以单独用一个直流齿轮电机控制的硅可控整流器驱动。为此可以提供两种驱动方法:在同步运转中,把主驱动装置(底架的送料辊)的驱动速度,同步向从动装置传递,按同量变化。单辊运转和同步运转相同,驱动速度预定。此外,每个镀铬辊可以通过电位计单独变化,补偿材料的收缩。在两个控制状态的一个中,可以把分别的辊连接和分离。

本发明提出的一种设备中有一个底架1和一个上架2,其支承表面表示为滑动件6。底架1的上侧上设置一个滑道7,可以绕一根轴8上升。
底架1上有一个送料辊3,跟随其后设置若干冷却辊11。在上架2中还设置一个与送料辊3相连的送料辊4,其后有另一压光辊9。有一个摆架10在送料的方向上,和上架2用关节连接,摆动架10在下端上安装一个平舒横档5。平舒横档5和摆动架10,可以利用适当的调节装置,按图1双箭头B,C所示的方向活动。上架2的压光辊9安装在臂14上,可以在双箭头D的方向上旋转。
在图1所示工作状态下生产厚度至少为600μm到12mm的材料卷带时,在近区(图的前方区域)中安排挤压机的压片模12。上架在滑道7上移动到图的右侧,在这位置上时,上架辊9及4的轴线,和底架1的送料辊3的轴线处在同一平面内。然后布置在摆动架10上的平舒横档5升到一个上位上,在压片模12的上方空间中处于不工作状态。然后,设备在与压光辊组件相应的工作状态下,还留有选择余地,可把卷带材料在上架2的两个辊上引导,或在底架1的可以分别连接的辊上引导。如从图3可见,各个压光辊11以可调节的方式,安装在底架1上,安排在臂14上的上架2的压光辊也如此。
生产非常薄的材料卷带时,例如厚度在100μm和600μm之间,用图1所示压光辊组件之类的器件是不可能的。作这类用途时,把器件放在图2所示的位置上,整个上架2在滑道7上移动到左方。其后平舒横档5下降,摆动架10和平舒横档5本身,旋转到要求的角位置上。由于最好在平舒横档5上设置一个空气出口,鼓风机向其供给空气,空气对从压片模12附近(按箭头A)送出的材料卷带的压附并平舒,可在非常精确的调节。同时排出的空气还对材料冷却,因而在随后的循环中,至少底架1的送料辊3的循环不会造成干扰或困难。
本发明对制造有护层的薄片特别重要。这种薄片中有若干热塑塑料层,举例而言,其表面层为聚苯乙烯(PS),聚乙烯(PE),聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯醇(EVOH)。薄片的一层起形成保护的作用。因此,作为举例,PE防止水蒸汽逸出,从而防止乳酪杯中的物品干燥。EVOH形成氧保护层,使氧不能向包装中的物品渗透,以至改变其化学性。保护层的厚度和组成成分,可随使用目的作很大的变化,为了保证质量,使用压光辊制造适合理想,如果薄片的厚度允许使用压光辊的话。因此,尤其在制造有保护层薄片方面,在任何可能的情况下,使用利用压光辊的本发明提供的条件,可以不需很大的机械改装,而在不能满足本发明的最低厚度要求时,可以单独使用平舒横档。
Claims (8)
1、把热塑材料加工成材料卷带的装置中,有一个底架,一个和该低架关连的上架,有装置可把该上架和下架,在选定的相对方向上作调节换位,下送料辊安装在该底架中,一个上送料辊安装在该上架中,一个平舒边缘器械安装在该上架上,位置和该上送料辊偏移,该上下架可在选定的各工位之间,相对移动,一个该上送料辊和该平舒边,分别相对于该下送料辊,处在工作状况下。
2、如权利要求第1项中之设备,其特征为给该上架和底架调节定位的装置包括安装在该底架上的滑道,和安装在该上架上的滑动件,该滑动件可以和该滑道接触和在其上面滑动。
3、如权利要求第2项中之设备,其特征在于有装置安装在该底架的该滑道上旋转。
4、如权利要求第1项中之设备,其特征在于有一个第二压光辊安装在该上架上,有装置安装该第二压光辊,使之绕该架旋转。
5、如权利要求第1项中之设备,其特征在于有一个摆动架件安装在该上架上旋转,上面安装该平舒横档。
6、如权利要求第5项中之设备,其特征为平舒横档中有个喷气咀。
7、如权利要求第5项中之设备,其特征在于有装置调节该摆动架的高度。
8、如权利要求第1项中之设备,其特征在于有若干辊安装在该底架上,和该送料辊作传动接触。
