Abstract

本发明涉及一种后视镜,具体涉及一种适用于机动车辆的后视镜。
背景技术
DE198 40 004A1介绍了一种用于机动车辆的后视镜,其中镜支承元件是一具有梳状结构的载板。具有镜架的镜壳、具有镜玻璃的镜部件和调整设备被紧固在这个载板上。利用一种夹持机构,将具有所述梳状结构的载板固定在支架上,同时支架被连接在车辆的车体上。这种类型的镜子具有高的稳定性、相对低的重量和很小的振动。
EP0 590 510A1和DE 40 10 083介绍了一种可比较的镜装置,其中都有一个载板作为承载元件,但是没有梳状结构。
这种类型布置的一个缺点是,对于EP0 590 510A1来说,它具有相对大的重量。
美国专利US5,583,703A公开了一种用于机动车的具有镜壳体的侧后视镜,镜壳体包括镜壳体框架,包括镜玻璃的镜元件和镜定位设备,以及用于将具有将镜固定件的后视镜连接到车辆的夹持连接装置。夹持连接装置包括形成在镜壳体框架的第一夹持部分和在一夹持托架中形成的第二夹持部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改善公知的US5,583,703A的后视镜,使其具有更轻的结构,但是同时能够精确和容易地被定位并且也有必要的稳定性。
为了可以实现这个目的,本发明一种适用于机动车辆的具有镜壳的后视镜,所述镜壳包括镜壳架、位于镜壳内的镜部件和由第一和第二夹持部分组成的夹持连接件,用于连接后视镜和镜保持元件,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部分是镜壳架,所述第二夹持部分是夹持托架,镜部件被紧固在夹持托架上。
用一种类似于现有技术的方式,利用第一和第二夹持元件,在本发明中将后视镜紧固在一支架上,也就是一夹持管上,夹持托架可以被紧固在镜壳架上。另一种可能的紧固手段是采用铆接。
由于第一夹持元件是镜壳架,第二夹持元件是夹持托架自身,镜部件被紧固在夹持托架上,可以省去载板。通过去除现有技术的载板,减轻了重量。
由于不需要载板,与现有技术相比,系统的零件或元件数量减少,简化了安装程序,也降低了制造成本。
根据本发明一个优选实施例,使用比镜壳架更硬的材料制造夹持托架,从而,所述托架成为结构的基本承载元件。作为承载元件,将特有的镜玻璃和定位设备紧固在托架上。对于夹持连接,可以在镜壳架的整个长度和宽度范围内进行,夹持托架可以被形成为大表面模式,从而能够使用增强塑料即玻璃纤维增强塑料制造所述夹持托架。另一种方案,可以使用金属制造夹持托架。
根据本发明另一个最佳实施例,利用咬合连接,将夹持托架安置在镜壳架的一侧,在另一侧,利用螺栓连接,将夹持托架拧在镜壳架上。这种类型的连接减少了螺栓连接的数量,简化了安装。
根据本发明另一个优选实施例,镜部件包括一安置在玻璃载板上的镜玻璃,所述载板被电动机驱动,用于定位调整。将定位调整设备自身和整个镜部件紧固在被用作承载元件的增强的夹持托架上。这有助于简化安装。
根据本发明另一个优选实施例,使用一种无边框的玻璃载板。从而玻璃载板没有包围镜玻璃的边界或沿周边的边框。通过取消玻璃载板的包围边框,在同样的尺寸规格下,可以更好地利用玻璃区域。
根据本发明另一个优选实施例,镜壳包括一个可释放地结合的镜壳盖,或可以利用咬合连接,将镜壳盖安置在镜壳架。由于镜壳盖没有承载功能,可以被制造的很薄,重量很轻。利用咬合连接,可以轻易地拆卸镜壳盖,可以将其油漆成用户指定的颜色。
根据本发明另一个优选实施例,在安置夹持元件的区域内,夹持托架和/或镜壳架采用凸起或凹槽形式与夹持管上的相反的凹槽或凸起啮合紧固。在此方式中,不仅可以使用所述的咬合连接,也可以使用一种适形连接(form fit)。
根据本发明另一个优选实施例,夹持托架具有一个开口。通过相应的所述凹入部分的配置,可以获得这样的结果,即当拆卸镜壳盖时,通过所述开口,可以接近所述调整设备。这种结构的一个优点是通过所述开口,可以进行对定位调整设备的接线(wiring to)。

具体实施方式
图1~4用不同的方式显示了本发明的第一实施例。图1是一侧视图,描述了镜壳2,其包括一镜壳架4和一镜壳盖5,将镜部件6安置在镜壳2内。利用一夹持连接件8,将整个后视镜固定在保持管2上。夹持连接件8包括一采用所述镜壳架4的形式的第一夹持部分和一采用夹持托架12形式的第二夹持部分。
从图2和图3中可以看到,镜壳架4具有一槽形凹入部分14,保持管2被部分地包围在所述凹入部分4内。夹持托架12具有一类似的槽形凹入部分16。因而利用两个、相对的槽形结构14、16,夹持管10几乎完全在圆周方向被包围,为了传递力,制造一个大的表面。多个钩元件18在远离所述夹持管槽形结构16的地方以梳形结构延伸。在槽形结构16的另一侧延伸有用于螺栓紧固措施的托架12的部分20。钩元件18装配在镜壳架4内的相应的钩开口22内。从图2和4中可以看到,利用四个螺栓连接24,将夹持托架12的部分20连接在镜壳架4上。
图3显示,将由一镜玻璃30、一玻璃载板32和一电动机驱动镜设备34组成的镜部件6连接在夹持托架12上。用此方式,将镜调整设备34固定在夹持托架12的部分20上。为了实现这个目的,利用四个螺旋连接26将镜调整设备34拧在夹持托架12的部分20上。
四个螺旋连接26例如螺栓从接近镜玻璃30的一侧进入夹持托架12(在图3内)的部分20内。利用棘爪连接36,将玻璃载板32和镜玻璃30紧固在镜定位设备34上。在玻璃载板32上没有EP0 6596 09B1所介绍的周围边框结构,镜玻璃30向外延伸稍微超出所述玻璃载板32。对此可以参考EP0 659 609B1。
图4从前方显示了镜壳架4,此时没有安装镜部件6。镜壳架4具有三个用于内部安装和减轻重量的开口38。大致是矩形的夹持托架12在拧螺栓部分20内具有一开口40,其覆盖了镜壳架4上的开口38,在其上、下边沿衬条42、44上设置了四个螺栓连接26,用于连接夹持托架与镜壳架4。在上、下边沿衬条42、44分别具有四个螺栓连接24,用于将定位调整设备34连接到夹持托架12上。
当安装后视镜时,首先使夹持托架12与镜壳架4啮合连接,随后将保持管10夹持在夹持托架12和镜壳架4之间,利用螺栓24,从镜装置的后侧向前(看图2)将夹持托架12连接在镜壳架4上。此后在前面,利用螺栓连接26,将镜定位设备34拧在夹持托架12的延伸部位上。随后,利用棘爪连接,将具有镜玻璃30的玻璃载板32紧固在镜定位设备34上。最后将镜外壳5啮合在镜壳架4上。
在图1~4所示的实施例中,利用两组彼此独立的螺栓进行连接,具体地说首先是镜壳架4和夹持托架12之间的螺栓连接,第二是镜部件6和夹持托架12之间的螺栓连接,即镜定位设备34和夹持托架12之间的连接。另一种图中未示方案是,可以利用一组螺栓连接,将镜定位设备34、镜壳架4和夹持托架12连接在一起。
图5是一类似于图1的侧视图,显示了符合本发明的第二实施例。本发明的第二实施例与第一实施例不同,其中夹持元件不是一根连续的夹持管,而是由第一和第二夹持臂50和52组成的两件零件组成的夹持部件。此时第一夹持臂50被夹持托架12的上边沿衬条42紧固,第二夹持臂52被夹持托架12的下边沿衬条44紧固。第二实施例的其他结构与第一实施例相同。
图6是一类似于图3的侧视图,显示了符合本发明的第三实施例。第三实施例与第二实施例不同,其中夹持元件10、50、52和夹持托架12之间的连接利用一种适形连接作为辅助连接。此时在槽形凹入部分14和16内,设置额外的凸起56,用于与夹持元件10、50、52上的相应的凹入部分58啮合。利用这种方式,紧固镜子,防止夹持元件10、50、52转动。另外图中未示的另一种方案是,在夹持元件10、50、52上设置凸起,其与槽形凹入部分14和16上相应的凹入部分啮合。
最好使用丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)制造镜壳架4和镜壳盖5。最好使用玻璃纤维强化塑料、聚酰胺(PA6.6)玻璃纤维(GF35)制造夹持托架12。最好使用含有30%玻璃纤维的ABS制造玻璃载板32,其厚度为1~1.5mm。其它元件的壁厚在2~2.5mm范围内变化。利用这些措施,可以减少重量和成本。此外,也降低了振动倾向。
在一些情况下,通过插入增强材料或使这些区域由增强塑料玻璃纤维制成,增强槽形凹入部分14和镜壳架4的螺栓连接24的区域。

Claims (10)

1.一种适用于机动车辆的后视镜,包括:
镜壳(2),所述镜壳(2)包括镜壳架(4);
位于镜壳(2)内的镜部件(6),所述镜部件包括镜玻璃和镜定位设备(34);
具有第一和第二夹持部分的夹持连接件(8),用于连接后视镜和镜保持元件(10,50,52);
其中,所述第一夹持部分是镜壳架(4),和所述第二夹持部分是夹持托架(12),
其特征在于,镜定位设备(34)借助于螺栓连接(26)相对于夹持托架(12)被固定地紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:镜壳架(4)由塑料制成,夹持托架(12)由比镜壳架(4)更硬的材料制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的后视镜,其特征在于:夹持托架(12)由增强塑料制成或由金属制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的后视镜,其特征在于:夹持托架(12)由玻璃纤维增强的塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:在镜壳架(4)一侧夹持托架(12)被压配夹紧固在镜壳架(4)上,在另一侧用螺栓将夹持托架(12)紧固在镜壳架(4)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:镜玻璃(30)被安装在玻璃载板(32)上,其被连接在电动机驱动的镜定位设备(34)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的后视镜,其特征在于:所述玻璃载板(32)没有周边边框。
8.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:所述镜壳(2)包括一镜壳盖(5),利用咬合连接,使镜壳盖(5)可拆卸地与镜壳架(4)结合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:所述夹持连接件(8)具有凸起(56)和凹入部分(58),用于镜壳架(4)和镜保持元件(10,50,52)之间和/或夹持托架(12)与镜保持元件(10,50,52)之间形状压配地连接。
10.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:夹持托架(12)具有一个开口(40)。
