Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于保持在机动车燃油箱(1)中的燃油泵(4)的装置,泵支架(5)完全由塑料以注塑法制成。用于将泵支架(5)与燃油泵(4)和防漩流箱(3)连接的保持件(10、11)通过互相成角度的臂(13-16)互相连接。互相成角度的臂(13-16)构成万向支架,该万向支架可衰减燃油泵(4)的振动。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种用于保持机动车燃油箱中的燃油泵的装置,其具有:泵支架;泵支架的第一保持件,用于支撑在固定的部件,尤其是防漩流箱上而设置;泵支架的第二保持件,用于支承燃油泵而设置;减震装置,将第一保持件和第二保持件相互连接,其中保持件由塑料制成。
背景技术
在当今的机动车中,为了使在燃油泵运行时产生的噪音不传递到相邻的部件上,需避免将燃油泵刚性支撑在防漩流箱中。为此在实践中公开了一种在第一保持件和第二保持件之间设置的橡胶部件。由塑料制成的保持件用于将泵支架与燃油泵和防漩流箱固定连接。因此,在燃油泵运行时产生的噪音仅仅被橡胶部件衰减。
已公开装置的缺点是,橡胶部件的制造和装配都非常昂贵。
在EP 0773362中公开了带有第一和第二保持装置的泵的悬置装置。两个保持装置通过减震装置相互连接。减震装置由大量的弯臂构成,其中每个弯臂由两个垂直臂和一个径向臂构成。因为力偏转基本上只在垂直方向中发生,为了实现充分的衰减,需要较多的弯臂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于这样设计开头所述类型的装置,即该使得装置尽可能廉价地构成。
根据本发明,该目的被这样实现,即第一保持件、第二保持件和减震装置被一体制成。
通过该设计,根据本发明的装置的泵支架被一体制成。因此避免了泵支架的复杂和高成本的装配。另外,泵支架可以在一个单一工序中制成,这进一步地降低了根据本发明的装置的制造成本。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,当减震装置具有相互成角度的臂,并且当臂在燃油泵移动时承受扭曲和/或弯曲载荷时,减震装置的结构设计得特别简单。燃油泵通过该设计悬置在万向支架中,这种悬置允许燃油泵在各个方向上较高的运动自由。泵的移动被相互成角度的臂衰减,并且进而远离本身设置在防漩流箱或者燃油箱上的保持件。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当减震装置具有至少一个第一垂直臂和至少一个与第一垂直臂成角度的第一水平臂时,减震装置被进一步简化。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当在第一水平臂和与第二保持件连接的第二水平臂之间设置有第二垂直臂时,燃油泵的强烈振动在邻近的部件上的传递可以保持得特别低。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当第一和/或第二水平臂设计为环形件时,泵支架具有高的稳定性。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当第一保持件设计为径向支承在防漩流箱的内侧并且轴向安置时,泵支架与邻接的部件的连接需要特别少的结构上的费用。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当第二保持件具有包围燃油泵的管件时,进一步提高了泵支架的稳定性。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当第二保持件具有设置在管件上用于保持燃油泵的锁定钩时,泵支架与燃油泵的连接需要特别少的结构上的费用。
泵支架能够可靠地衰减噪音和振动,然而根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当第一垂直臂具有一个径向向内指向的钩子,并且当钩子限定了第二保持件的垂直移动时,泵支架能够可靠地吸收燃油泵的剧烈移动。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当与第一保持件连接的环形部件具有径向向内指向的支承件,并且该支承件以预设的间距与管件相对设置时,那么在剧烈的震动时,燃油泵被可靠地保持在其预设的位置中。通过该支承件,燃油泵的径向移动被限制。
当由第一保持件、第二保持件和减震装置构成的一体成型的部件由塑料以注塑法制成时,进一步减少了根据本发明的装置的制造成本。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当燃油泵具有用于环形地密封在防漩流箱底部区域设置的开口的环形橡胶弹性密封件时,燃油泵相对于防漩流箱的密封需要特别少的结构上的费用。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,当密封件具有倾斜成角度的密封唇,并且当密封唇的自由端抵靠在防漩流箱的底部时,通过密封件传递的燃油泵的噪音能够简单地避免。

具体实施方式
图1示出了在机动车的燃油箱1中设置的输送单元2的剖视图,该输送单元具有在防漩流箱3中设置的燃油泵4。燃油泵4被支承在防漩流箱3上的泵支架5保持。另外,燃油泵4具有密封件6,该密封件利用密封唇7的自由端,在防漩流箱3的底部支承在由底阀8封闭的开口9的区域中。泵支架5和密封件6共同构成用于在防漩流箱3中保持燃油泵4的装置。泵支架5具有支承在防漩流箱3上的第一保持件10和保持燃油泵4的第二保持件11。保持件10、11与减震装置22一体制成。第一保持件10相互间通过环形部件12连接,并且与第一垂直臂13连接。设计为环形部件的水平臂14连接在第一垂直臂13上。第一水平臂14与第二水平臂16通过第二垂直臂15连接。第二水平臂16与包围燃油泵4的管件17连接。相互成角度的臂13-16构成减震装置22。臂13-16在燃油泵4的移动时承受弯曲和/扭曲载荷并由此产生弹性的保持。燃油泵4的振动也同样被衰减。第二保持件11设置在管件17上。为简化附图,第一保持件10被旋转到纸平面中示出。实际上三个第一保持件10各自在圆周上分布设置。
垂直臂与水平臂13-16构成万向支架,该万向支架使燃油泵4能够进行预设移动。臂13-16在燃油泵4移动时承受扭曲和弯曲载荷。
燃油泵4通过底阀8从燃油箱1中汲取燃油并将燃油输送到连接管18。在连接管18上可以连接有通向机动车的内燃机的燃油管(图中未示出)。
图2中示出了在图1中示出的泵支架5的侧视图,用于保持燃油泵4的第二保持件11具有设置在管件17上的锁定钩19。另外,径向向内指向的钩子20设置在第一垂直臂13上,该钩子限制管件17的垂直移动,并进而限制在图1中示出的燃油泵4的移动。
图3中示出了泵支架5的透视图,连接第一保持件10的环形件12具有径向向内指向的支承件21。支承件21相对于管件17存在一定的间距,并且支承件限制管件的移动自由,进而限制燃油泵4在径向方向中的移动自由。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于保持机动车燃油箱中的燃油泵的装置,其具有:泵支架;所述泵支架的第一保持件,用于将所述泵支架支承在防漩流箱上而设置;所述泵支架的第二保持件,用于支承所述燃油泵而设置;减震装置,将所述第一保持件和所述第二保持件相互连接,其中,所述保持件由塑料制成,所述第一保持件、所述第二保持件和所述减震装置被一体制成,所述减震装置具有相互成角度的臂,并且所述臂在所述燃油泵移动时承受扭曲和/或弯曲载荷,其特征在于,所述减震装置(22)具有至少一个第一垂直臂(13)和与所述第一垂直臂(13)成角度的至少一个第一水平臂(14),并且所述第一和/或所述第二水平臂(14、16)设计为环形件(12),所述泵支架的所述第一保持件(10)和第二保持件(11)与设计为环形件(12)的所述第一和所述第二水平臂(14、16)隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述第一水平臂(14)和与所述第二保持件(11)连接的第二水平臂(16)之间设置有第二垂直臂(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(10)设计为径向地支承在所述防漩流箱(3)的内侧并轴向地安置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二保持件(11)具有包围所述燃油泵(4)的管件(17)。

6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一垂直臂(13)具有径向向内指向的钩子(20),所述钩子(20)限制所述第二保持件(11)的垂直移动。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于,与所述第一保持件(10)连接的所述环形件(12)具有径向向内指向的支承件(21),所述支承件以预设间距与所述管件(17)相对设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,由所述第一、第二保持件(10、11)和所述减震装置构成的一体件由塑料以注塑法来制造。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述燃油泵(4)具有环形橡胶弹性密封件(6),用于环形地密封在所述防漩流箱(3)底部设置的开口(9)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密封件(6)具有倾斜成角度的密封唇(7),并且所述密封唇(7)的自由端抵靠在所述防漩流箱(3)的底部。
