Abstract

一种安全环保型埋地储油罐,它可消除对罐体周边土壤以及地下水资源污染的环保型储油。其罐内有阻隔防爆材料,可预防因明火、静电、焊接、枪击、碰撞和误操作等引发意外燃烧、爆炸事故,确保储油罐的本质安全。罐体为双壁罐,在双壁罐的空腔内设置有阻隔防爆材料,同时在双罐壁空腔内设置有漏油检测装置,探头通过导线连接有信号转换/功率放大控制器及报警器,漏油检测装置可检测到泄漏到油气挥发,及时发现、及时带油补焊,可有效地克服油、气的渗漏、泄漏,避免对加油站周边的土壤及其地下水资源的破坏。罐体的入孔处设置有溢油池防止出现溢油、冒顶等,一旦发现即可引起报警器报警,避免油气挥发,减少对空气的污染。

Description

安全环保型埋地储油罐
技术领域
本发明涉及的是安全环保型埋地储油罐,它是一种可防止注油溢出,预防罐壁渗漏或泄漏的埋地储油容器。
背景技术
目前国内加油(气)站的储罐大都是采用埋地式,埋地储油罐设置在地下罐池内(罐池一般为砼池),罐池与罐体之间空腔用中性细沙或沙包填实,罐顶覆盖厚度要求不应小于0.5米,罐体周边填充厚度不应小于0.9米(详见《汽车加油加气设计和施工规范GB50156-2002》)。罐池内填充沙土的目的,在于使罐池与罐体之间不存在空气(氧气),油、气在此不能形成燃爆空间,使其具有防爆效果。储罐在注油时,常出现操作失误出现溢出、冒顶等现象,溢出来的汽油即可被沙土所吸收;由于在埋地储罐施工中用沙量较大,工程难度高,有的在安装中不按上述规范施工,只是在罐池底部填些沙子,更有甚者罐池内不填沙,这是十分危险的。最近宁夏地区的一个加油站,就是由于罐池内没有填沙,溢出的汽油遇到明火后发生了罐池燃爆事故。此外,有的发现罐壁渗漏或泄漏现象,再加上罐池地基的下沉等原因,造成罐池底部的防水层出现裂痕,汽油介质很容易透过罐壁对罐体周边土壤以及地下水资源造成无法挽救的危害。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全环保型埋地储油罐,它可防止注油出现溢出、冒顶等现象以及储油罐壁渗漏或泄漏,消除对罐体周边土壤以及地下水资源的危害,消除油、气对空气的污染。
安全环保型埋地储油罐,其特征在于罐体采用双壁罐,罐内设置有阻隔防爆材料,罐内壁与外壁之间有连接筋连接,储罐外壁有防腐层。在双壁罐腔内设置有阻隔防爆材料,双罐壁夹层的底部或上部设置有漏油检测装置,装置中探头通过导线连接有信号转换/功率放大控制器及报警器。在罐体的人孔处或量油孔处设置有溢油池。阻隔防爆材料为高空隙结构的网状或球状体。
本发明的优点:
1、由于储油罐内设置有阻隔防爆材料,可预防因明火、静电、焊接、枪击、碰撞和误操作等引发的意外燃烧、爆炸事故,确保储油罐的本质安全。
2、该储油罐为双壁罐结构,可有效地克服油、气的渗漏、泄漏,避免对加油站周边的土壤造成严重损害及地下水资源的破坏。
3、在双壁罐腔中设有漏油检测装置,可检测到油、气的挥发,及时发现、及时对罐壁带油补焊。
4、在罐体的人孔处设置的溢油池,可预防注油时出现的溢油、冒顶等现象,一旦发现,及时采取防范措施。

具体实施方式
一种安全环保型埋地储油罐为卧式罐体1。该罐体1为双壁罐构成,它包含有内壁11和外壁10,内、外壁采用碳钢Q235材质,其厚度不同。罐内壁与外壁之间有连接筋相连接(附图为显示)构成一个整体。在罐体1内安装有阻隔防爆材料5,罐外壁11表面设有防腐层7。防腐层7是由特加强级的沥青防腐保护层材料涂附在外罐壁上,有的采用特加强级环氧霉沥青防腐材料,对外罐壁实施防腐保护。
储罐1内设置有阻隔防爆材料5,它为一种高空隙结构的网状或球状体。材料是由铝箔或其他金属进行加工制成高孔隙的网状或球状体。这种阻隔防爆材料安装在储油罐内,使罐内的易燃、易爆气态、液态危险化学品介质如汽油等,在遇到静电、明火、焊接、雷击或错误操作等意外事故,有效地避免燃烧、爆炸;尤其是运油槽车在对储罐进行注油的过程中,由于流速过快往往会引起静电起火、燃烧。储罐或运油槽车的储罐进行阻隔防爆技术的改造改造必须按照国家现行标准《汽车加油(气)站,轻质燃油和液化石油气汽车罐用阻隔防爆技术要求》AQ3001-2005的规定进行。
在埋地储罐的双罐壁空腔底部或上部设置有漏油检测装置13。漏油检测装置的探头12通过导线连接有信号转换/功率放大控制器及报警器。防漏油检测装置选用XP-314型可燃性气体检测器,其为气体热传导式,可以对人工煤气,天然气,等进行检测,其检测范围0-100vol%。当储油罐出现油、气渗漏或泄漏时,渗漏的油汽分子迅速散发到双罐壁的空腔中,检测器探头12即可检测到扩散的汽油,并将检测到的信号经过转换/功率放大控制器输送给报警器引起报警,及时发现、及可进行带油补焊,免除对加油站周边土壤的损害及对地下水资源的污染破坏。同时,在罐外壁11有一层防腐层保护,确保储罐不腐蚀。当储罐1的底部存有一定的油量时,可通过罐底下部的卸油阀9抽回到储罐内。
在罐体1的人孔处或者在量油孔处设置有溢油池14,在溢油池14上部还有防雨盖板。当储罐进行注油时,一旦卸油员操作失误出现溢油、冒顶等现象,溢出来的汽油沿罐外壁流向储罐的空腔时,检测器探头12马上可以检测到扩散的油气并引起报警,通知卸油员采取相应的措施。同时在溢油池14内还可以设置有漏油检测装置13,及时发现油气,消除对空气的污染。

1.安全环保型埋地储油罐,其特征在于罐体采用双壁罐,罐内设置有阻隔防爆材料,罐内壁与外壁之间有连接筋连接,储罐外壁有防腐层;在双壁罐腔内设置有阻隔防爆材料,同时在双罐壁夹层的底部或上部设置有漏油检测装置,装置的探头通过导线连接有信号转换/功率放大控制器及报警器,在罐体的人孔处或量油孔处设置有溢油池,所述的阻隔防爆材料为高空隙结构的网状或球状体。
