Abstract

一种阻隔防爆材料是填装在储存或运输易燃、易爆液体(气体)的储油罐内的一种新型阻隔防爆材料。它由角钢围成多元体的框架,框架上有钢丝编织成的网格,框架内从下至上装填有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料,其下部蜂窝孔细而小,上部的蜂窝孔粗而大。本发明提供的阻隔防爆材料在框架内从下至上填充有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料,依靠材料本身应力避免塌陷,将上述材料在填充在储存罐内,依靠框架的相互支撑,框架本身不变形,阻隔防爆材料不塌陷,在整个储存罐内不可能存有易爆空间,可确保储存罐的本质安全。

阻隔防爆材料
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种阻隔防爆材料,它是填装在储存或运输易燃、易爆液体(气体)的储油罐内的一种新型阻隔防爆材料。
背景技术
为了确保储存或运输易燃、易爆液体或气体的安全,在储存罐内充装有抑爆材料。抑爆材料是由特种金属箔材料经拉网机制成球状或片状的网状体。抑爆材料浸泡在储罐的介质中常出现塌陷,材料聚集在储存罐的下部。由此而来,一方面材料本身的网孔遭到挤压,破坏了防爆能力;更重要的是,材料塌陷将在储存罐上部的易爆空间内存有大量油、气混合气体,由于此空间内无材料的保护极易引起爆炸。
发明的内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻隔防爆材料,用于填充在储存或运输易燃、易爆液体(气体)的储存罐内,避免材料塌陷,确保储罐的本质安全。
一种阻隔防爆材料其特征在于由角钢围成多元体的框架,框架上有钢丝编织成的网格,框架内从下至上装填有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料,其下部材料蜂窝孔细而小,上部材料的蜂窝孔粗而大。
多元体框架的形状可为长方体、三角形体、多边形体、不规则形体或圆柱形体。
阻隔防爆材料是根据热传导理论及形成燃烧、爆炸的基本条件,利用材料高孔隙的蜂窝结构,阻止了火焰的迅速传播与能量的瞬间释放,同时利用材料表面效应吸收大量的能量,破坏了燃烧介质的爆炸条件,因而阻止燃烧和爆炸的发生。本发明提供的阻隔防爆材料是在框架内从下至上填充有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料,下部材料蜂窝孔细而小,上部材料的蜂窝孔粗而大。本发明是依靠材料本身的应力避免了塌陷。由此,将上述材料在填充在储存罐内,材料本身部塌陷,而且材料之间依靠框架的相互支撑,框架本身不变形,阻隔防爆材料不塌陷,在整个储存罐内不可能存有易爆空间,可确保储存罐的本质安全。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本发明的结构具体描述,
一种阻隔防爆材料它是由角钢围成多元体框架1,框架1上有钢丝编织成的网格2,框架1内从下至上装填有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料3,其下部蜂窝孔细而小,上部的蜂窝孔粗面大。
多元体框架的形状可为长方体、三角形体、多边形体、不规则形体或圆柱形体。
本发明提供的阻隔防爆材料,在框架1内从下至上填充有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料3。由于框架内混装有不同蜂窝规格尺寸的蜂窝孔,蜂窝材料依靠材料本身的应力避免材料塌陷。由此,将材料在填充在储存罐内,根据储罐不同的形状和容积,选择不同形状的阻隔防爆材料,从储罐的下部依次顺序向上操作,用十字形固定片将阻隔防爆材料的框架相互进行固接。材料之间依靠框架的相互支撑,框架不发生变形,此时在整个储存罐内的阻隔防爆材料不塌陷,不可能存有易爆空间,确保储存罐的本质安全。
实施例1
立方形阻隔防爆材料是由35×5毫米的角钢围成等边立体形框架1,框架1的上、下、左、右、后五个面分别由钢丝编织成的网格2构成围墙,在围墙内从下至上装填有不同尺寸的蜂窝材料3,下部材料蜂窝孔细而小,上部材料的蜂窝孔粗而大。蜂窝材料3是由金属材料如合金铝箔或不锈钢带经阻隔防爆加工设备(为本公司的专利产品)制成的成型材料。对于不同的介质也可以是非金属材料如工程塑料、聚乙烯脂等制成阻隔防爆材料。
实施例2
三角形阻隔防爆材料的三角边是由35×5毫米的角钢围成三角形框架1,框架1的前、后三角形面和上、下两个面均由钢丝编织成网格2构成围墙,在围墙内从下至上装填有不同尺寸的蜂窝材料3,下部材料蜂窝孔细而小,上部材料的蜂窝孔粗而大。
实施例3
长方体阻隔防爆材料由35×5毫米的角钢围成长方体的框架1,框架1的上、下、左、右、后五个面上由钢丝编织成的网格2构成围墙,在框架1内从下至上装填有不同尺寸的蜂窝结构材料3,其下部材料蜂窝孔细而小,上部材料的蜂窝孔粗而大。
实施例4
圆柱形阻隔防爆材料选用由Φ5-6毫米的圆钢围成上、下圆环并由圆形杆连接成框架1,框架1的周围和下面由钢丝编织成的网格2组成围墙,在框架1内从下至上装填有不同尺寸的蜂窝结构材料3,其下部蜂窝孔细而小,上部的蜂窝孔粗而大。

1、一种阻隔防爆材料,其特征在于由角钢围成多元体的框架,框架上有钢丝编织成的网格,框架内从下至上装填有不同规格尺寸的蜂窝材料,其下部蜂窝孔细面小,上部的蜂窝孔粗而大。
2、根据权利要求1所述的阻隔防爆材料,其特征在于多元体框架的形状为长方体、三角形体、多边形体、不规则形体或圆柱形体。
