Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, enthaltend als aktive Komponente Formamidine oder Salze davon, und seine Verwendung in der Schädlingsbekämpfung. Die Formamidine haben die Formel EMI1.1 worin Rl Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Alkenyl oder Alkinyl, R2 a -Naphthyl oder substituiertes und/oder heterocyclisch anelliertes Phenyl und R3 Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, Aralkyl oder Cycloalkyl bedeuten. Als Salze der Verbindungen der Formel I kommen diejenigen von organischen oder anorganischen Säuren in Frage. Die für R1 und R3 in Frage kommenden Alkyl-, Alkenyloder Alkinylgruppen weisen in der Kette 1 bis 18 resp. bei den Alkenyl- und Alkinylketten 3 bis 18, vorzugsweise aber 1 bis 4 resp. 3 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatome auf. Diese Gruppen können geradkettig oder verzweigt, substituiert oder unsubstituiert sein. Als Substituenten kommen vorzugsweise Halogenatome in Betracht. Unter Halogen ist dabei Fluor, Chlor, Brom und/oder Jod zu verstehen. Beispiele solcher Gruppen sind u. a.: Methyl, Äthyl, Trifluormethyl, Chloräthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, n-, i-, sek.-, tert. -Butyl, Allyl, Methallyl, Propargyl, n-Butinyl, Isobutinyl. Als Substituenten an der für R2 stehenden Phenylgruppe kommen vor allem ein oder mehrere gleiche oder verschiedene Halogenatome, wie Fluor. Chlor, Brom und/oder Jod und/oder Cl-Cs-Alkyl-, C1-C4-Halogenalkyl-, C1-C4 -Alk - oxy-, C1-C4-Alkoxy-C1-C4 -alkyl-, C1-C4 -Alkylthio-, C3-C4 Alkinyloxy-, C1-C4-Dialkylamino, Dialkenylamino, Dialkinylamino-, Hydroxy-, Cyano- und/oder Nitro-Gruppen sowie Cyclopentyl -, Mono -alkylaminomethylenimino -, Dialkylaminomethylenimino-, EMI1.2 Gruppen in Betracht. Die für R3 stehenden Cycloalkylgruppen können substituiert oder unsubstituiert sein und weisen 4 bis 8, insbesondere 5 bis 6 Ringkohlenstoffatome auf. Beispiele solcher Gruppen sind u. a.: Cyclopentyl, 3 -Methylcyclopentyl, Cyclohexyl. Unter Aralkyl ist insbesondere die unsubstituierte oder durch Halogen, insbesondere Chlor, C1-C4-Alkyl und/oder C1-C4-Alkoxy substituierte Benzyl- oder Phenäthylgruppe zu verstehen. Die Verbindungen der Formel I können nach an sich bekannten Methoden, z. B. durch Umsetzung von Formamidinen der Formel EMI1.4 mit einem Chlorameisensäureester der Formel EMI1.5 in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels, hergestellt werden. In den Formeln II und III haben R1 bis R3 die für die Formel I angegebene Bedeutung. Als säurebindende Mittel kommen beispielsweise folgende Basen in Betracht: Formamidine der Formel II; tertiäre Amine, wie Triäthylamin, Dimethylanilin, Pyridin, anorganische Basen, wie Hydroxide und Carbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen, vorzugsweise Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat. Die Umsetzung kann vorzugsweise in gegenüber den Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungs- oder Verdünnungs mitteln durchgeführt werden. Hierfür sind beispielsweise folgende geeignet: aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Benzine, Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, Chlorbenzol, Polychlorbenzole, Brombenzol, chlorierte Alkane mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, Äther, wie Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Ester, wie Essigsäureäthylester; Ketone, wie Methyl äthylketon, Diäthylketon, Nitrile usw. Die Ausgangsstoffe der Formeln II und III sind zum Teil bekannte Verbindungen, die nach an sich bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden können. Mittel, enthaltend eine der Formel I, weisen eine breite biozide Wirkung auf und eignen sich daher zur Bekämpfung von verschiedenartigen pflanzlichen und tierischen Schädlingen sowie als Pflanzenregulatoren und Abszissionsmittel. Sie besitzen aber insbesondere insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften und können gegen alle Entwicklungsstadien, wie z. B. Eier, Larven, Puppen, Nymphen und Adulte von Insekten und Vertretern der Ordnung Akarina eingesetzt werden, wie z. B. gegen Insekten der Familien: Tettigoniidae, Gryllidae, Gryllotalpidae, Blattidae, Reduviidae, Pyrrhocoridae, Cimicidae, Delphacidae, Aphididae, Diaspididae, Pseudococcidae, Scarabaeidae, Dermestidae, Coccinellidae, Tenebrionidae, Chrysomelidae, Bruchidae, Tineidae, Noctuidae, Lymantriidae, Pyralidae, Culicidae, Tripulidae, Stromoxydae, Trypetidae, Muscidae, Calliphoridae und Pulicidae sowie Akariden der Familien Ixodidae, Argasidae, Tetranychidae und Dermanyssidae. Die insektizide oder akarizide Wirkung lässt sich durch Zusatz von anderen Insektiziden und/oder Akariziden wesentlich verbreitern und an gegebene Umstände anpassen. Als Zusätze eignen sich z. B. u. a. folgende Wirkstoffe: organische Phosphorverbindungen, Nitrophenole und Derivate, Pyrethroide, Formamidine, Harnstoffderivate, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe. Mittel, enthaltend einen Wirkstoff der Formel I, eignen sich auch zur Bekämpfung von Vertretern der Abteilung Thallophyta, wie z. B. Viren, Bakterien und Pilzen. So besitzen sie fungizide Eigenschaften gegen phytopathogene Pilze an verschiedenartigen Kulturpflanzen, wie Getreide, Mais, Reis, Gemüse, Zierpflanzen, Obstbäumen, Reben, Feldfrüchten usw. Mit den neuen Mitteln können an Früchten, Blüten, Laubwerk, Stengeln, Knollen und Wurzeln auftretende Pilze eingedämmt oder vernichtet werden, wobei dann auch später zuwachsende Pflanzenteile von derartigen Pilzen verschont bleiben. Die Mittel sind insbesondere gegen die folgenden Klassen angehörenden phytopathogenen Pilze wirksam: Oomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Denteromycetes. Ferner können die neuen Mittel zur Behandlung von Saatgut, Früchten, Knollen usw. zum Schutz vor Pilzinfektionen, beispielsweise durch Brandpilze aller Art, wie Ustilaginales, eingesetzt werden. Den Mitteln können zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums neben den oben genannten Akariziden und Insektiziden zum Beispiel auch Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika oder Nematozide beigemischt werden. Mittel, enthaltend eine Verbindung der Formel I, können zusammen mit geeigneten Trägern und/oder Zuschlagstoffen eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen, wie z. B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen, Lösungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- und/oder Düngemitteln. Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I zu Stäubemitteln, Emulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen Sprays, zu Lösungen oder Aufschlämmungen in üblicher Formulierung, die in der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehört, verarbeitet werden. Ferner sind cattle dips , d. h. Viehbäder, und spray races , d. h. Sprühgänge, in denen wässerige Zubereitungen verwendet werden, zu erwähnen. Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden: feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate (Umhüllungsgranu late, Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate); flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: a) in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver (wettable powders), Pasten, Emulsionen; b) Lösungen. Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein, Kalkgries, Attapulgit, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate (Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff, gemahlene pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindenmehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver, Rückstände von Pflanzenextrakten, Aktivkohle usw., je für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage. Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel löst und die so erhaltene Lösung auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z. B. Attapulgit, SiO2, Granucalcium, Bentonit usw., aufbringt und dann das organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft. Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Wirkstoffe der Formel I mit polymerisierbaren Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd; Dicyandiamid/Formaldehyd ; Melamin/Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von der die Aktivsubstanzen unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen wird. Günstiger ist es, fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate (Harnstoff/Formaldehyd, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbarem Adsorptions/Desorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirkstoffen, z. B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrig siedenden Lösungsmittel), zu imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen. Derartige Polymerengranulate können in Form von Mikrogranulaten mit Schüttgewichten von vorzugsweise 300 g/Liter bis 600 g/Liter auch mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen mit Hilfe von Flugzeugen durchgeführt werden. Granulate sind auch durch Kompaktieren des Trägermaterials mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und anschliessendem Zerkleinern erhältlich. Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und/oder nichtionische, anionaktive und kationaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) gewährleisten. Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein/ Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono und Dialkylphenolen mit 5-15 Äthylenoxidresten pro Mole kül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfon säure, deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyäthylenglykol äther (Carbowachs), Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit 5-20 Äthylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Äthylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kon densationsprodukte von Harnstoff/Formaldehyd sowie Latex Produkte. In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d. h. Spritzpulver (wettable powders), Pasten und Emulsionskon zentrate stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte Konzentration verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabili sierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Anti schaummitteln und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln. Die Spritzpulver (wettable powders) und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend für die festen Auf arbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe zu ver wenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kon densationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalin sulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-, Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, weiter Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Di butylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze sul fatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole und Salze von sulfatierten Fettalkoholglykoläthern, das Natrium salz von Oleylmethyltaurid, ditertiäre Äthylenglykole, Di alkyldilaurylammoniumchlorid und fettsaure Alkali- und Erd alkalisalze. Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Siliconöle in Frage. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zu sätzen so vermischt, vermahlen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis 0,04 und bei den Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten wer den Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnit ten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise Alko hole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethylsulfoxid und im Be reich von 120 bis 350" C siedende Mineralölfraktionen in Frage. Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch und den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein. Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelge mischen oder Wasser gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet werden. Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95 %, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5 So eingesetzt werden können. Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden: Stäubemittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 5 %igen und b) 2 %igen Stäubemittels werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 95 Teile Talkum; b) 2 Teile Wirkstoff, 1 Teil hochdisperse Kieselsäure, 97 Teile Talkum. Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den Trägerstoffen vermischt und vermahlen. Granulat: Zur Herstellung eines 5 %igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet: 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin, 0,25 Teile Cetylpolyglykoläther, 3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol, 91 Teile Kaolin (Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 mm). Die Aktivsubstanz.wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft. Spritzpulver: Zur Herstellung eines a) 40%igen, b) und c) 25 %igen, d) 10%igen Spritzpulvers werden folgende Bestandteile verwendet: a) 40 Teile Wirkstoff, 5 Teile Ligninsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 1 Teil Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure-Natriumsalz, 54 Teile Kieselsäure; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 4,5 Teile Calcium-Ligninsulfonat, 1,9 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose Gemisch (1: 1), 1,5 Teile Natrium-dibutyl -naphthalinsulfonat, 19,5 Teile Kieselsäure, 19,5 Teile Champagne-Kreide, 28,1 Teile Kaolin; c) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 2,5 Teile Isooctylphenoxy-polyoxyäthylen-äthanol, 1,7 Teile Champagne-Kreide/Hydroxyäthylcellulose- Gemisch (1:1), 8,3 Teile Natriumaluminiumsilikat, 16,5 Teile Kieselgur, 46 Teile Kaolin; d) 10 Teile Wirkstoff, 3 Teile Gemisch der Natriumsalze von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfaten, 5 Teile Naphthalinsulfonsäure/Formaldehyd Kondensat, 82 Teile Kaolin. Die Wirkstoffe werden in geeigneten Mischern mit den Zuschlagstoffen innig vermischt und auf entsprechenden Mühlen und Walzen vermahlen. Man erhält Spritzpulver, die sich mit Wasser zu Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration verdünnen lassen. Emulgierbare Konzentrate: Zur Herstellung eines a) 10%igen, b) 25 %igen und c) 50 %igen emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe verwendet: a) 10 Teile Wirkstoff, 3,4 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 3,4 Teile eines Kombinationsemulgators, bestehend aus Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther und Alkylarylsulfonat CalciumSalz, 40 Teile Dimethylformamid, 43,2 Teile Xylol; b) 25 Teile Wirkstoff, 2,5 Teile epoxydiertes Pflanzenöl, 10 Teile eines Alkylarylsulfonat/Fettalkoholpoly glykoläther -Gemisches, 5 Teile Dimethylformamid, 57,5 Teile Xylol; c) 50 Teile Wirkstoff, 4,2 Teile Tributylphenyl-Polyglykoläther 5,8 Teile Calcium-Dodecylbenzolsulfonat, 20 Teile Cyclohexanon, 20 Teile Xylol. Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden. Sprühmittel: Zur Herstellung eines a) 5 %igen und b) 95 %igen Sprühmittels werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet: a) 5 Teile Wirkstoff, 1 Teil Epichlorhydrin, 94 Teile Benzin (Siedegrenzen 160-190 C); b) 95 Teile Wirkstoff, 5 Teile Epichlorhydrin. Beispiel 1 Herstellung von N -Methyl -N' -methyl -N' -(2 -isopropyl - phenyloxycarbonyl) -formamidin Zu einer Lösung von 22 g N,N' -Dimethylformamidin in 250 ml Toluol (trocken) tropft man unter Rühren 30 g Chlorameisensäure-O-isopropylphenylester, wobei man die Temperatur zwischen 5-10 C hält. Nach 12stündigem Rühren bei Raumtemperatur wird das entstandene Hydrochloridsalz des gleichzeitig als Base eingesetzten Formamidins abfiltriert, mit Toluol gewaschen und die toluolische Lösung im Vakuum eingedampft. Man erhält das Produkt der Formel EMI4.1 mit einer Refraktion von nD25 = 1,5216. Insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung Baumwollpflanzen und Kartoffelstauden wurden mit einer 0,05 %igen wässrigen Wirkstoffemulsion (erhalten aus einem 10 %igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) besprüht. Nach dem Antrocknen des Belages wurden die Baumwollpflanzen mit Dysdercus fasciatus-Nymphen und die Kartoffelstauden mit Kartoffelkäfer-Larven (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) besetzt. Der Versuch wurde bei 24 C und 60% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test eine gute insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung gegen Dysdercus fasciatus und Leptinotarsa decemlineata. B. Systemisch-insektizide Wirkung Zur Feststellung der systemischen Wirkung wurden bewurzelte Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba) in eine 0,01 %ige wässrige Wirkstofflösung (erhalten aus einem 10%igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) eingestellt. Nach 24 Stunden wurden auf die oberirdischen Pflanzenteile Blattläuse (Aphis fabae) gesetzt. Durch eine spezielle Einrichtung waren die Tiere vor der Kontakt- und Gaswirkung geschützt. Der Versuch wurde bei 240 C und 70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit durchgeführt. In den obigen Versuchen zeigten die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 insektizide Frassgift-Wirkung und systemischinsektizide Wirkung. Beispiel 3 Wirkung gegen Chilo suppressalis Je 6 Reispflanzen der Sorte Caloro wurden in Plastiktöpfe, die einen oberen Durchmesser von 17 cm aufwiesen, verpflanzt und zu einer Höhe von ca. 60 cm aufgezogen. Die Infestation mit Chilo suppressalis-Larven (L1; 3-4 mm lang) erfolgte 2 Tage nach der Wirkstoffzugabe in Granulatform (Aufwandmenge 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare) in das Paddy-Wasser. Die Auswertung auf insektizide Wirkung erfolgte 10 Tage nach der Zugabe des Granulates. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Chilo suppressalis. Beispiel 4 Sterilisierte Komposterde wurde homogen mit einem Spritzpulver, enthaltend 25 Qó Wirkstoff, gemischt, so dass eine Aufwandmenge von 8 kg Aktivsubstanz pro Hektare resultierte. Mit der behandelten Erde wurden junge Zucchettipflanzen (Cucumis pepo) in Plastiktöpfe eingetopft (drei Pflanzen pro Topf mit einem Durchmesser von 7 cm). Jeder Topf wurde unmittelbar nachher mit 5 Aulacophora femoralis Larven resp. Pachnoda- oder Chortophiln-Larven infestiert. Die Kontrolle wurde 4, 8, 16 und 32 Tage nach Einsetzen der Larven durchgeführt. Bei 80-100% Abtötung nach der ersten Kontrolle erfolgte eine neue Infestation mit je 5 Larven in das gleiche Erdmuster mit 3 neuen Zucchettipflanzen. Wenn die Wirkung geringer als 80% war, verblieben die restlichen Tiere in der Testerde bis zur nächstfolgenden Kontrolle. Bewirkte eine Substanz bei einer Aufwandmenge von 8 kg/ha 100% Abtötung, dann erfolgte eine Nachprüfung mit 4 resp. 2 kg Aktivsubstanz/ha. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 zeigten im obigen Test Wirkung gegen Aulacophora femoralis-, Pachmoda- und Chlortophiln -Larven. Beispiel 5 Wirkung gegen Zecken A. Rhipicephalus bursa Je 5 adulte Zecken bzw. 50 Zeckenlarven wurden in ein Glasröhrchen gezählt und für 1 bis 2 Minuten in 2 ml einer wässrigen Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit je 100, 10, 1 und 0,1 ppm Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde dann mit einem genormten Wattebausch verschlossen und auf den Kopf gestellt, damit die Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte. Die Auswertung erfolgte bei den Adulten nach 2 Wochen und bei den Larven nach 2 Tagen. Für jeden Versuch liefen 2 Wiederholungen. B. Boophilus microplus (Larven) Mit einer analogen Verdünnungsreihe wie beim Test A wurden mit je 20 sensiblen resp. OP-resistenten Larven Ver suche durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon.) Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten in diesen Tests gegen Adulte und Larven von Rhipicephalus bursa und sensible resp. OP-resistente Larven von Boophilus microplus. Beispiel 6 Akarizide Wirkung Phaseolus vulgaris (Buschbohnen) wurden 12 Stunden vor dem Test auf akarizide Wirkung mit einem infestierten Blattstück aus einer Massenzucht von Tetranychus urticae belegt. Die übergelaufenen beweglichen Stadien wurden aus einem Chromatographiezerstäuber mit den emulgierten Testpräparaten bestäubt, dass kein Ablaufen der Spritzbrühe eintrat. Nach 2 bis 7 Tagen wurden Larven, Adulte und Eier unter dem Binokular auf lebende und tote Individuen ausgewertet und das Ergebnis in Prozenten ausgedrückt. Während der Haltezeit standen die behandelten Pflanzen in Gewächshauskabinen bei 25" C. Die Verbindungen gemäss Beispiel 1 wirkten im obigen Test gegen Adulte, Larven und Eier von Tetranychus urticae.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCHSchädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, enthaltend als aktive Komponente mindestens eine Verbindung der Formel (I) EMI6.1 oder deren Salze, worin R1 Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Alkenyl oder Alkinyl, R2 a -Naphthyl oder substituiertes und/oder heterocyclisch anelliertes Phenyl und R3 Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, Aralkyl oder Cycloalkyl bedeuten.UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1.
