Abstract
La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) : (I) ou un sel, un hydrate, un solvate ou un promédicament pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci, U, J, V, X, R2a, R2b, R2c, R5 et t étant tels que définis dans la description. La présente invention concerne de manière générale des inhibiteurs d'histone désacétylase et des procédés de préparation et d'utilisation de ceux-ci. Ces composés sont utiles pour favoriser la fonction cognitive et améliorer l'apprentissage et la mémorisation. De plus, ces composés sont utiles pour le traitement, l'atténuation et/ou la prévention de divers états, incluant par exemple des troubles neurologiques, des troubles/détériorations de la mémoire et de la fonction cognitive, des troubles d'extinction de l'apprentissage, des maladies et des infections fongiques, des maladies inflammatoires, des maladies hématologiques et des maladies néoplasiques chez des êtres humains ou des animaux.
