Abstract

Pour fabriquer un siège (40) de toilette chauffant, on introduit une unité chauffante (72) dans des cannelures (64) renfermant l'unité chauffante, dans un matériau de base de support (60) et on dispose une feuille (74) de transfert thermique pour couvrir l'unité chauffante (72) et ce matériau support (60), une couche (76) adhésive permettant de fixer l'unité chauffante (70) à la surface supérieure (62) du matériau de base de support (60). Ensuite on stratifie le corps (50) du siège de toilette sur cette couche (74) de transfert thermique par moulage par injection. Cette couche (74) de transfert thermique compense les irrégularités de l'unité chauffante et affleure la surface supérieure (62) du matériau de base de support (60) pour offrir une surface lisse. Ceci permet un écoulement régulier de résine fondue lors du moulage par injection de ce siège (40) de toilette chauffant, et l'unité chauffante (72) reste en place même sous une pression d'injection élevée.
