Abstract
DISPERSÃO DE PARTÍCULAS ANTI-CORROSIVAS, REVESTIMENTO E PÓ DE PARTÍCULAS ANTI-CORROSIVAS. A presente invenção se refere a partículas anti-corrosivas com base em produtos de óxido inorgânico, tal como sílica ou alumina modificadas com cátions de matais polivalentes, opcionalmente compreendendo ânions de ácidos fracos que podem ser inorgânicos ou orgânicos na natureza e suas espécies conjugadas. Em particular, a presente invenção está relacionada com partículas de pigmento anti-corrosivas compreendendo óxidos inorgânicos ou misturas de óxidos inorgânicos exibindo mesoporosidade e/ou macroporosidade tais que o tamanho médio dos poros, calculado sobre a mistura de óxidos inorgânicos onde mais do que óxido está envolvido, é maior do que 2 nm e o volume médio do poro é maior do que 0,2 ml/g. A presente invenção também está relacionada aos métodos de fazer tais partículas e composições anti-corrosivas feitas com elas. A presente invenção também diz respeito aos artigos aos quais as composições anti-corrosivas foram aplicadas.
