本发明提出了一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料组成:凹凸棒土15~25份;改性硅藻土20~30份;重质碳酸钙10~15份;有机胶凝材料3~12份;竹炭粉5~10份;二氧化硅1~5份;木质素磺酸钙1~4份;滑石粉2~8份;木质纤维4~10份;助剂2~10份。本发明提出的腻子粉配方合理,用于建筑内墙,具有优异的耐水性能,以及可实现对电磁辐射的吸收效果,保证人体的健康,同时,性能稳定,具有一定的抗菌性,提高了材料的耐冲击性能,而且,具有抗裂性,提高了材料的使用寿命,提高了室内的环境质量。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉。
背景技术
[0002]腻子粉是平整墙体表面的一种装饰材料,是以无机胶凝材料为基料,配以黏结材料及其他助剂精细加工而成,是涂料粉刷前必不可少的一种产品,涂施于底漆上或直接涂施于物体上,用以清除被涂物表面上高低不平的缺陷。其主要功能是平整墙面和在墙面基层与涂膜之间起粘合作用,同时还可以防止墙面起皮,龟裂,脱落的现象,只有具有良好的可塑性和流变性,亲和性能、抗压性能、耐磨性能以及良好的防渗漏和隔热保温性能等,才能保证施工质量。但目前常用的腻子粉在耐水方面均不能使人满意,同时,有防裂性能差、抗压强度低、稳定性差、容易挥发有害气体,同时容易发霉等的特点,并且,不能有效去除甲醛和电磁辐射,又不能去除室内的空气污染。

[0004]本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保、耐水性高,对电磁辐射具有一定吸附作用的抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉。

一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料组成:
凹凸棒土 15〜25份;
改性娃藻土 20〜30份;
重质碳酸钙 10〜15份;
有机胶凝材料 3〜12份;
竹炭粉 5~10份;
二氧化娃 I〜5份;
木质素磺酸钙 I〜4份;
滑石粉 2〜8份;
木质纤维 4〜10份;
助剂 2〜1份。
[0006]进一步地,还包括I〜4份的电气石粉,所述电气石粉的粒径为100〜200目。
[0007]进一步地,所述有机胶凝材料为淀粉或粳米凝胶粉。
[0008] 进一步地,所述二氧化娃的粒径为50〜100纳米。
[0009]进一步地,所述助剂包括缓凝剂、分散剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、抗菌剂和抗氧化剂。
[0010]本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的腻子粉配方合理,用于建筑内墙,具有优异的耐水性能,以及可实现对电磁福射的吸收效果,保证人体的健康,同时,性能稳定,具有一定的抗菌性,提尚了材料的耐冲击性能,而且,具有抗裂性,提尚了材料的使用寿命,提尚了室内的环境质量。

电气石粉 I份。
[0013]在本实施例中,电气石粉的粒径为100目,二氧化硅的粒径为50纳米,助剂包括缓凝剂、分散剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、抗菌剂和抗氧化剂。

凹凸棒土 20份;
改性娃藻土 25份;
重质碳酸钙 12份;
粳米凝胶粉 6份;
竹炭粉 8份;

木质素磺酸钙 3份;
滑石粉 5份;
木质纤维 6份;
助剂 6份;
电气石粉 3份。

木质素磺酸钙 4份;
滑石粉 8份;
木质纤维 10份;
助剂 1份;
电气石粉 4份。
[0017]在本实施例中,电气石粉的粒径为200目,有机胶凝材料为淀粉或粳米凝胶粉,二氧化硅的粒径为100纳米,助剂包括缓凝剂、分散剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、抗菌剂和抗氧化剂。

1.一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料组成: 凹凸棒土 15〜25份; 改性娃藻土 20〜30份; 重质碳酸1丐 10〜15份; 有机胶凝材料 3〜12份; 竹炭粉 5~10份; 二氧化娃 I〜5份; 木质素磺酸钙 I〜4份; 滑石粉 2〜8份; 木质纤维 4〜10份; 助剂 2〜10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:还包括I〜4份的电气石粉,所述电气石粉的粒径为100〜200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:所述有机胶凝材料为淀粉或粳米凝胶粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅的粒径为50〜100纳米。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种抗辐射耐水内墙腻子粉,其特征在于:所述助剂包括缓凝剂、分散剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、抗菌剂和抗氧化剂。
