Abstract

processo para produção de melamina de alta pureza a partir de uréia" a presente invenção está correlacionada a um processo para obtenção de melamina de alta pureza, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender as etapas de: - esfriar rapidamente (choque térmico) um material fundido de melamina, isento de gases de exaustão da síntese da 10 melamina e contendo impurezas de melamina, tais como, ammeline, ammelide e policondensados, com uma solução aquosa compreendendo amônia sob determinadas condições, de modo a substancialmente converter os policondensados em melamina, obtendo-se uma solução de melamina 15 substancialmente livre de policondensados; - recuperar melamina da dita solução de melamina mediante cristalização, obtendo-se cristais de melamina e um licor mãe de cristalização de melamina; - tratar o dito licor mãe de cristalização de melamina sob determinadas condições, de modo a converter pelo menos uma porção de seu teor de ammeline em ammelide e melamina, obtendo-se um líquido mãe tratado tendo pelo menos um reduzido teor de ammeline. a invenção também se refere a uma unidade de produção não-catalítica de alta pressão para produção de melamina de alta pureza, implementando o processo acima e um adequado equipamento para ser usado em tal unidade de produção.
