Abstract
método de purificação de cardiomiõcitos ou cardiomiócitos programados derivado de células- tronco ou fetos a presente invenção refere-se ao desenvolvimento de um método para purificar cardiomiácitos com alto grau de purificação e com alto rendimento a partir de uma mistura celular compreendendo cardiomiócitos derivados de fetos e de células-tronco usando várias características as quais não foram anteriormente esperadas para serem usadas para a purificação de cardiomiócitos, ou as quais são recentemente descobertas, em que o referido método é executado sem sofrer qualquer modificação genética ou sem adicionar quaisquer proteínas ou agentes biologicamente ativos especiais. os inventores da presente invenção descobriram que os cardio-miócitos foram altamente selecionados e purificados de forma eficaz pelo cultivo de cardiomiácitos derivados de células-tronco embrionárias no meio de cultura sob uma condição selecionada de uma condição selecionada com pouco soro, uma condição suplementada com pouca glicose, uma condição nutricional baixa, uma condição com pouco cálcio, uma condição com ph brandamente ácido, uma condição suplementada com ácido lático, uma condição suplementada com ácido aspártico/ácido glutâmico e/ou uma condição suplementada com ácido pirúvico. os inventores da presente invenção ainda descobriram que o método inventado acima, em relação às células-tronco embrionárias, foi aplicável para selecionar e purificar cardiomiácitos derivados de fetos ou de células-tronco adultas.
