Abstract
método para a determinação in vitro da atividade de trombina em uma amostra e kit. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a determinação ín vitro da atividade da trombina em uma amostra, em que a amostra é uma amostra sanguínea e a geração da trombina é medida pelas etapas de: colocar uma camada de dita amostra em contato com um substrato fluorogênico da trombina, em que dita camada possui uma espessura dentro de um intervalo de 0,05 a 5 mm e uma superfície dentro de um intervalo de 10 a 500 mm2; permitir a geração de trombina em dita amostra; medir a fluorescência emitida a partir da superfície da camada, pelo grupo fluorescente liberado a partir do substrato fluorogênico como um resultado da ação enzimática da trombina gerada em dito substrato fluorogênico.
