Abstract

PROCESSO DE GRANULAçãO DE MATéRIA-PRIMA PARA SINTERIZAçãO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE MINéRIO DE FERRO SINTERIZADO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma matéria-prima para sinterização de 100% no total que é mesclada de modo a ajustar o pó fino e/ou a lama abrasiva que contenham ferro até 60% ou mais e grãos grossos que têm um tamanho do grãos de 2 mm ou maior até 20% ou mais em relação à base em peso, um terço ou menos da quantidade total de adição de finos de coque é adicionado como um combustível, a mescla é amassada e granulada usando-se um granulador de amassar por vibração para assim produzir grãos granulados, a parte residual da quantidade total de adição de finos de coque é adicionada aos grãos granulados, a mescla é sujeita a uma granulação do revestimento externo usando-se um granulador do tipo com rolos, a matéria-prima assim granulada para sinterização é peneirada e é usada para sinterização uma fração que tenha um tamanho de grãos de 1 mm ou maior, tornando possível sinterizar o pó fino microparticulado e a lama abrasiva microparticulada como matérias-primas principais, que tenham sido usadas convencionalmente apenas para uma quantidade limitada de uso.
