Claims (6)
- 소결 원료를 조립하는 소결 원료의 조립 방법이며,소결하려는 원료 100% 중 철분 함유 더스트 및/또는 슬러지를 60% 이상, 또한 입도가 2㎜ 이상인 조립을 20% 이상이 되는 중량비로 배합하고, 여기에 연료로서 첨가하는 가루 코크스 첨가 총량의 3분의 1 이하를 배합하여 진동 혼련 조립기로 혼련, 조립하여 조립 입자를 제조하는 공정과,상기 조립 입자에 남은 가루 코크스 첨가 총량을 첨가하여 전동 조립기로 외장 피복 조립하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 원료의 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가루 코크스의 일부 또는 전체의 대체로서 코크스 공장에서 발생하는 슬러지, 또는 고로재를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 원료의 조립 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 소결 원료의 조립 방법에 의해 조립된 소결 원료 중 1㎜ 이상의 입도의 것을 사용하여 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 업 드래프트 소결법에 의해 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회전로상 방식의 소결기에 의해 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 회전로상 방식의 소결기의 배기 가스 계통과 팔레트 사이를 방수 밀폐 구조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결광 제조 방법.
