Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA LáMINA DE PRODUTO COMESTìVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método aperfeiçoado para produzir lâmina de massa alimentícia tendo propriedades uniformes aperfeiçoadas em um ambiente de fabricação de alta velocidade. De acordo com uma modalidade do presente passe de laminação, e controle aperfeiçoado de propriedades de massa alimentícia através de largura de laminação aperfeiçoada da lâmina de massa alimentícia, mas não limitado a, espessura uniforme, entrada de operação uniforme, conteúdo de umidade uniforme, conteúdo do emulsificador uniforme, e conteúdo de ingrediente seco uniforme. Em uma modalidade preferida, os aperfeiçoamentos descritos aqui possibilitam a alta velocidade na produção de produtos chip empilháveis. A mistura aperfeiçoada e controle de condições de processo em misturadores a montante secos e úmidos possibilitam tal produção.
