Claims (1)
- 배합부(1)의 호퍼(11)에 내장된 모터 구동식 교반 스크류(12)에 의해 밀가루 덩어리가 되도록 버무려서 컨베이어(13)로 이송되도록 한 것에 있어서,상기 배합부(1)에서 컨베이어(13)로 이송돼 온 밀가루 덩어리를 2조의 요철로울러(21a)(21b)에서 각각 요철 형태로 다져서 시트형 밀가루 반죽물(A)로 압연한 후, 각각의 밀가루 반죽물(A)을 2겹으로 겹친 상태로 평로울러(22)를 통과시켜 꼭꼭 다져진 밀가루 반죽물(A)을 일정 두께로 평탄하게 눌려 펴서 1차 사방 압연이 이루어지게 하여 컨베이어(23)로 이송하는 1차 압연부(2)와;상기 1차 압연부(2)에서 이송되어온 밀가루 반죽물(A)을 상하로 단차를 두고 지그재그상으로 배치되게 설치한 복수의 숙성 컨베이어(32)에서 계단을 내려가듯이 낙하, 이송시키면서 온도가 24∼26℃이고 습도가 80% 이상의 분위기 하에서 숙성되는 동안 원적외선 방사구(33)에서 방사되는 원적외선에 노출시켜 숙성을 촉진시키는 엘리베이터(31) 및 컨베이어(34)를 포함하는 숙성부(3)와;상기 숙성부(3)에서 이송돼 온 숙성된 밀가루 반죽물(A')을 전후로 배치되고 상기 요철로울러(21a)(21b)와는 요철부를 어긋나게 형성한 요철로울러(41a)(41b)를 재차 통과시켜 요철을 대치 형태로 압연한 후, 대형 평로울러(42)를 통과시켜 재차 강하게 다져지도록 평탄하게 눌려 펴서 2차 사방 압연이 이루어지게 하는 2차 압연부(4)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀가루 반죽물 압연장치.
