Abstract

TEAR A JATO, ESPECIALMENTE TEAR A JATO DE AR, COM UM DISPOSITIVO DE APERTO NO TUBO DE MISTURA. A presente invenção refere-se a um tear a jato, especialmente um tear a jato de ar, possuindo um bocal de sopro principal (1), com tubo de mistura (2), para a inserção de um fio de trama (3) em uma cala (4), por meio de um fluido transportador emitida pelo bocal de sopro principal (1), bem como um único dispositivo de aperto (5). O dispositivo de aperto (5) é instalado no tubo de mistura (2), perto da zona de saída do fio de trama (3), e equipado com um atuador (6) montado externamente sobre o tubo de mistura (2) e com uma alavanca (7) associada ao atuador (6), a qual, ao se acionar ou desacionar o atuador (6), com um meio de acionamento, executa um movimento basculante, por meio do qual a alavanca (7) prende o fio de trama (3) entre si mesma e um encosto (9), em uma abertura (8) do tubo de mistura (2).
