Abstract

"DOBRADIçA COM TRAVA DE MOVIMENTO DE ESTRUTURA DE PIVÈ EM TANDEM E SUPRESSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma unidade superposta superior de uma unidade em tandem que é provida com uma unidade de dobramento e pelo menos uma trava demovimento, para se evitar que a unidade superior caia para longe da unidade inferior, quando ela estiver acoplada em tandem à unidade inferior, e a unidade inferior é pivotada para uma posição não horizontal. A trava de movimento pode inibir uma rotação e/ou uma translação da unidade superior. A trava de movimento também pode ser de auto-atuação, tal como um mecanismo de trava dependente da gravidade. Um mecanismo de supressão de trava pode ser provido, para se permitir que a trava escoe para uma força excessiva, sem causar danos. A condição de habilitação de trava pode ser automaticamente restaurada, após a condição de supressão, de modo que nenhum conhecimento especial ou ação da parte do usuário seja requerido para se retomar a dobradiça para uma operação normal. As travas de movimento são particularmente úteis quando providas em um dispositivo reprográfico, tal como uma copiadora, um dispositivo de fac-símile, uma impressora ou um dispositivo multifuncional que tem uma unidade superior que forma uma unidade de alimentação de folha, uma unidade inferior que forma um alojamento de escaneamento e uma base fixa abaixo da unidade inferior que pode conter um motor de marcação.
