Description

Claims (5)
- タンデムに結合される上側旋回機能ユニット及び下側旋回機能ユニットの各々を、実質的に水平な第1の位置と非水平な第2の位置との間で旋回させるためのヒンジ装置であって、
前記下側旋回機能ユニットを、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で旋回可能に旋回軸に結合する下側ヒンジアッセンブリと、
前記下側旋回機能ユニットに設けられたスライド機構であって、実質的に鉛直な方向に沿って複数の歯を有するラッチエレメントを備えたスライド機構と、
前記スライド機構にスライド可能に取り付けられた下側ハウジング、該下側ハウジングの先端部が収容されると共に前記上側旋回機能ユニットに付設された上側ハウジング、及び該上側ハウジングと前記先端部とを旋回可能に軸着すると共に外周面にギア状歯が形成されたヒンジ旋回シャフトを有する上側ヒンジアッセンブリと、
前記下側ハウジングに旋回可能に取り付けられ、前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第2の位置にあるときに前記下側旋回機能ユニットに対する前記上側旋回機能ユニットの動作を抑制すべく前記ギア状歯に係合し、且つ前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第1の位置に配置されているときに前記ギア状歯に係合された状態を解く第1動作ロックと、
前記下側ハウジングに旋回可能に取り付けられた本体部及び該本体部に形成された係合部を有し、前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第1の位置に配置された場合に前記係合部が前記スライド機構の前記ラッチエレメントから離脱することによって前記上側旋回機能ユニットを前記下側旋回機能ユニットに対してスライド可能とし、前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第2の位置に配置された場合に前記係合部が前記スライド機構の前記ラッチエレメントと係合することによって前記下側旋回機能ユニットに対する前記上側旋回機能ユニットのスライドを抑制する第2動作ロックと、
を含むヒンジ装置。 - 前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に変移したときに前記第2動作ロックが自重で旋回することによって前記係合部が前記ラッチエレメントに係合する請求項1に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記第1動作ロックは、前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に変移したときに自重で旋回することによって前記ギア状歯に係合する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記下側ハウジングに収容されたスプリングであって、前記下側旋回機能ユニットが前記第2の位置において前記下側旋回機能ユニットから離れるように前記上側旋回機能ユニットに対して外力を付与することによって前記第1動作ロックが前記ギア状歯から離脱することを許容するように前記第1動作ロックを付勢するスプリングを更に含む請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置。
- 前記先端部の表面を、前記上側ハウジングの動作を制御するためのカム面とし、
前記上側ハウジングは、前記カム面に対してカムフォロア張力スプリングによって付勢されたプランジャを収容し、
前記カム面を、前記上側旋回機能ユニットをカウンタバランスするカウンタバランス範囲及び前記上側旋回機能ユニットを前記下側旋回機能ユニットに対する全開位置に付勢することによって全開位置への移動を補助する自動開放範囲を含むカムプロファイルに従って形成した請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載のヒンジ装置。
