Abstract
substrato de display e dispositivo de display. a presente invenção refere-se a dispositivo e substrato de display que compreende base de substrato (50) e múltiplos subpixels dispostos em uma matriz sobre a base de substrato (50). o subpixel compreende: padrões de linha de dados (data1, data2) que estendem em uma primeira direção (y); uma porção de um padrão de linha de alimentação (vdd) que estende na primeira direção (y); e um circuito de acionamento de subpixel que compreende dois transistores de comutação (t4, t5), um transistor de acionamento (t3) e um capacitor de armazenamento (cst). uma primeira placa de eletrodo (cst1) do capacitor de armazenamento (cst) está acoplada com um eletrodo de porta (203g) do transistor de acionamento (t3). uma segunda placa de eletrodo (cst2) do capacitor de armazenamento (cst) está acoplada com o padrão de linha de alimentação (vdd). segundos eletrodos (d4, d5) dos dois transistores de comutação (t4, t5) estão ambos acoplados com um primeiro eletrodo (s3) do transistor de acionamento (t3). projeção ortográfica do segundo eletrodo (d4, d5) de pelo menos um dos dois transistores de comutação (t4, t5) sobre a base de substrato (50) pelo menos parcialmente sobrepõe com projeção ortográfica do padrão de linha de alimentação (vdd) sobre a base de substrato (50), e pelo menos parcialmente sobrepõe com uma projeção ortográfica da segunda placa de eletrodo (cst2) do capacitor de armazenamento (cst) sobre a base de substrato (50).
