Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de soldagem por pontos com o qual o trincamento por fragilização de metal líquido durante a soldagem por pontos de uma chapa de aço chapeada pode ser impedido, em que o método é caracterizado pelo fato de que, antes da soldagem por pontos, o chapeamento é removido pelo menos em: uma faixa que é centralizada no local planeado em que o centro da lente será formado, o perímetro externo da faixa inclui o interior de um círculo dentro da borda externa da parte afetada pela solda; ou, a partir de uma superfície de sobreposição da chapa de aço soldada, uma faixa que tem um centro em comum com o local planejado em que o centro da lente formada sobre a superfície de sobreposição da chapa de aço soldada será formado, sendo que o perímetro externo da faixa inclui o interior de um círculo dentro da borda externa da zona afetada por solda.
