Abstract

"algaraviz para forno de fabricação de ferro". a presente invenção refere-se a um algaraviz para um forno de fabricação de ferro, que inclui uma unidade de corpo que tem uma passagem de jato que passa através do seu eixo geométrico central, em que a unidade de corpo inclui; um corpo tronco-cônico que tem uma passagem de resfriamento de corpo principal; e uma parte protuberante que projeta do corpo, em que o algaraviz ainda incluí: uma unidade de cobertura combinada com a parte protuberante e que define uma passagem de resfriamento de corpo de ponta entre a unidade de cobertura e a superfície circunferencial externa da parte protuberante; e uma unidade externa combinada com a unidade de cobertura enquanto circundando a unidade de cobertura e definindo uma passagem de resfriamento externa na mesma. quando a unidade externa é parcialmente danificada, apesar do suprimento de água de resfriamento para a parte danificada ser interrompido, a função do algaraviz pode ser continuamente executada tanto pela parte restante da unidade externa quanto pela unidade de corpo, por meio disto provendo uma algaraviz que tem uma vida útil estendida.
