Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se ao uso de uma molécula de ligação ao antígeno tendo um domínio de ligação ao antígeno específico do câncer, e um domínio de ligação à superfamília do tnf ou um domínio de ligação à superfamília do receptor de tnf que permite atividade agonista contra um fator que pertence à superfamília de tnf ou à superfamília do receptor de tnf a serem exibidos apenas na presença de células que expressam antígeno específico de câncer, levando assim à ativação de células imunes e desse modo mantendo a atividade antitumor enquanto evita os efeitos colaterais tais como a hepatotoxicidade. verificou-se também que o uso concomitante de molécula de ligação ao antígeno com uma molécula de ligação ao antígeno tendo um domínio de ligação ao antígeno específico do câncer e um domínio de ligação ao complexo do receptor de célula t pode evitar efeitos colaterais enquanto aumenta a atividade antitumor.
