Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A RETIFICAçãO DE UM COMPONENTE DE MáQUINA DE ROTAçãO SIMéTRICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um dispositivo para a retificação de um componente da máquina (17), que é constituído de duas partes axiais (18, 19) e de uma parte central (20) de diâmetro D nitidamente ampliado. Na parte central (20) se encontra uma superfície efetiva (22), que em uma parte é executada em forma de um tronco de cone (21) plano. Para a retificação do excesso de material (25) da superfície efetiva, o componente da máquina (17) é apertado entre as pontas (6, 7), que apresentam eixos (4, 5); nesse caso, o eixo (5) que se encontra no cabeçote móvel (3) é apoiado por uma luneta (27). O componente da máquina (17) pode ser deslocado na direção de seu eixo longitudinal (23) e pode ser avançado com sua superfície efetiva (22) na linha de contato (28) em relação ao disco de retificação (15). Nesse caso, ocorre uma retificação vertical com contorno externo cilíndrico do primeiro disco de retificação (15), pelo que a velocidade de corte é constante através de toda a extensão axial do primeiro disco de retificação (15) e é obtido um resultado de retificação muito bom. O primeiro disco de retificação (15) encontra-se, junto com um segundo disco de retificação (16) mais estreito, apoiado flutuando em um fuso de retificação (14). Através da rotação do fuso (14) em torno de dois eixos de rotação que se situam perpendiculares um ao outro, bem como, através de um deslocamento do fuso de retificação (14) perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal (23), o segundo disco de retificação (16) pode ser levado para uma posição de trabalho, na qual as áreas externas cilíndricas do componente da máquina devem ser processadas por meio de retificação longitudinal. O componente da máquina (17), nesse caso, permanece inalterado na mesma tensão de aperto. A forma de trabalho sugerida leva a tempos de ciclos reduzidos, simultaneamente com um resultado de retificação muito bom.
