Abstract
"MEIA CONCHA DE WAFER, MéTODO DE SUA PREPARAçãO E PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO QUE A INCLUI". é descrita uma meia concha de wafer que contém uma boca delimitada por pelo menos uma superfície anular (8) e uma ou mais paredes laterais (10), em que a superficie de boca (8) e as superfícies (18) e (20) da parede lateral (10) possuem acabamento superficial substancialmente macio. Preferencialmente, a superfície externa (20) da parede lateral (10) possui uma região porosa, continua ou descontínua (22), que se estende perifericamente e é colocada em recesso com relação à superfície de boca (8) da meia concha, resultante do corte de uma parede radial (6) conectada à parede lateral (10) da meia concha em posição de recesso com relação à superfície anular (8) que define a boca da meia concha. As superfícies acopladoras anulares das meias conchas complementares contêm preferencialmente meios de centralização que são complementares entre si. A meia concha é particularmente útil para a fabricação de produto alimentício que compreende um par de meias conchas encaixadas entre si boca a boca e que incluem uma massa de recheio líquido.
