Abstract

"INIBIçãO POR 3-DEOXIFLAVONóIDES DA ATIVAçãO DOS LINFóCITOS-T E TERAPIAS RELACIONADAS COM ELA". Compostos de 3-deoxiflavanóide e métodos para inibir a atividade das células-T e tratar doenças e distúrbios (p. ex., distúrbios autoimunes, distúrbios inflamatórios, diabetes, ALS, MS, artrite reumatóide etc.). Em alguns casos, a eficácia e/ou duração da ação da luteolina e/ou outros compostos de 3-deoxiflavonóide podem ser aumentadas pela administração de tais compostos juntamente com Rutina, um congênere da Rutina e/ou um derivado da Rutina. Também em alguns casos o metabolismo de primeira passagem da luteolina ou outros 3-deoxiflavanóides pode ser evitado administrando-se tais compostos por vias parenterais (P. ex., sublingual, bucal, intranasal, injeção etc.).
