Abstract
"INSTALAçãO PARA LAMINAçãO A QUENTE". Uma instalação de laminação a quente deve ser estruturada e poder ser operada de tal maneira que se possa laminar nela tiras de materiais que podem ser deformados com maior ou menor grau de dificuldade e que apresentam espessura até inferiores a 1 mm, sendo que na saída do último montante de cilindros não podem ser ultrapassadas velocidades de deslocamento da tira de 15 m/s, independentemente do material utilizado, e que a tira laminada deve apresentar estrutura austenítica. Para tanto, a presente invenção propõe que, para material facilmente deformável, sejam utilizadas espessuras de lingotes finos de aproximadamente 50 mm, que o primeiro dos sete montantes de cilindros seja suspenso ou realize meramente um passo de alisamento, que o lingote seja decapado antes e depois do primeiro montante de cilindros, e que o segundo até o sétimo montantes de cilindros efetuem a redução até alcançar menos de 1 mm.
