Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA LAMINAR A QUENTE TIRA DE AçO FINA". Faz-se passar tira de aço fina (11) através de uma cadeira de cilindros puxadores (12) que compreende cilindros puxadores (13) para um laminador (16) que compreende um trem de laminação (16) que compreende um par de cilindros de trabalho (17) e cilindros de apoio superior e inferior (18). A tira (11) passa através da beliscadura entre os cilindros de trabalho (17) e forças de espremedura de tira são aplicadas entre os cilindros de trabalho para reduzirem a espessura da tira. Os cilindros puxadores (13) aplicam tensão à tira que passa para os cilindros de trabalho (17). A fim de se reduzir ao mínimo a geração de defeitos de enrugamento na tira, a tensão aplicada pelos cilindros puxadores (13) é suficientemente alta para assegurar que nenhuma parte da tira que ingressa nos cilindros de trabalho fique em compressão longitudinal de maneira a exceder a tensão de flambagem da tira. A tensão aplicada é suficientemente baixa de maneira a produzir não mais do que 1% de alongamento da tira através de fluência. A tira pode ser laminada a quente pelos cilindros de trabalho (17) a uma temperatura na faixa de 700<198>C-1200<198>C.
