Abstract

laminador a quente e processo para laminação a quente de uma fita ou chapa de metal. a invenção refere-se a um processo para a laminação a quente de uma fita de metal ou chapa de metal (1), especialmente de uma fita ou chapa de aço, em que 1.a) o brame ou a fita ou a chapa (1) é submetido em uma primeira etapa 1.a a uma ou várias conformações em um laminador a quente (2) para produção de uma estrutura austenítica recristalizada, fina, uniforme, e 2) o brame ou a fita ou a chapa (1) então em uma segunda etapa, para produção de uma estrutura de granulação fina é submetido a um resfriamento a um resfriamento, caracterizado pelo fato de que entre ao menos duas armações de laminação (3, 4, 5, 6) do laminador a quente (2) quando da execução da etapa a) o brame ou a fita ou a chapa (1) é submetido a um aquecimento. a invenção refere-se ainda a um laminador a quente (2) para laminação de uma fita ou chapa de metal (1) especialmente de uma fita ou chapa de aço, sendo que o laminador (2) apresenta ao menos duas armações de laminação (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) dispostas sucessivamente em direção de laminação (w), em que respectivamente o brame ou a fita ou chapa (1) pode ser submetido a uma conformação, especialmente para execução do processo segundo a invenção, caracterizado pelo fato de que entre ao menos duas das armações de laminação (3, 4, 5, 6) está dispositivo um aquecedor (8, 9, 10) para aquecimento do material de laminação.
