Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR TIRAS DE METAL DE ESPESSURA, E, USINA PARA FABRICAR TIRAS DE METAL São descrito um processo e um sistema para fabricação de tiras metálicas de 0,14 - 20 mm de espessura e chapas metálicas de 10- 100 mm de espessura a partir de placas (1) de espessura entre 30 e 300 mm por lingotamento contínuo do tipo curvo. A placa (1) mediante lingotamento é alimentada sem solução de continuidade diretamente na etapa de laminação (11) depois de aquecimento em um forno de indução (12) sem nenhum produto intermediário. O produto plano laminado sai como uma chapa (20) mediante resfriamento controlado, por meio de um dispositivo de extração e corte (14) ou bobinada em um carretel para formar uma bobina (15) de uma tira contínua divisível pelo dispositivo de corte (14) a jusante de um sistema de resfriamento (13). Dispositivos de resfriamento superficial (13) podem ser providos entre as cadeiras de laminação. A velocidade de alimentação do lingotamento contínuo até o final da laminação vai aumentando passo-a-passo em relação às reduções de espessura e a qualidade do produto final, com regulagem em cascata da direção a jusante.
