Abstract

Buluş, ferritik bir mikro yapıya sahip, soğuk haddelenen ve yeniden kristalleştirilerek tavlanan bir yassı çelik ürününün, optimize edilen bir şekillendirilebilme kabiliyetine ve boyanmaya yönelik uygunluğa sahip kılınması ile ilgilidir. Ek olarak, bu yassı çelik ürünü, şunlara sahip bir çelik tarafından meydana getirilir, C: ağırlıkça % 0.0001-0.003, Si: ağırlıkça % 0.001-0.025, Mn: ağırlıkça % 0.05-0.20, P: ağırlıkça % 0.001-0.015, Al: ağırlıkça % 0.02-0.055, Ti: ağırlıkça % 0.01-0.1 ve aynı zamanda sırasıyla, isteğe bağlı olarak Cr: ağırlıkça % 0.001-0.05, V: ağırlıkça % 0.005'e kadar, Mo: ağırlıkça % 0.015'e kadar, N: ağırlıkça % 0.001-0.004. Yassı çelik ürününün üretimi, sürekli bir işlem halinde, bir N2-H2 tavlama atmosferinde, bunun yeniden kristalleştirilme tavlanmasını ve bir yaşlandırma işlemini gerektirir.
