Abstract

Proporcionar una lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alta resistencia que tenga excelentes trabajabilidad de punzonado y capacidad de expansión de agujero y que tenga una tensión de rotura TS de 980 MPa o más; y un método para la fabricación de la lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alta resistencia. La lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alta resistencia tiene una composición química que contiene cantidades especificadas de C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, N, Ti, Cr, y B, y tiene una microestructura que incluye una fase de bainita que tiene una relación de área de 85% o más como una fase principal, y una fase de martensita o un constituyente de martensita-austenita que tiene una relación de área de 15% o menos como una segunda fase, el resto es una fase de ferrita, en donde la segunda fase tiene un diámetro de grano promedio de 3.0 µm o menos, los granos de austenita previa tienen una relación de aspecto promedio de 1.3 o más y 5.0 o menos, los granos de austenita previa recristalizados tienen una relación de área de 15% o menos con respecto a los granos de austenita previa no recristalizados, y la lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alta resistencia contiene 0.10% o menos en % en masa de precipitados que tienen un diámetro de menos de 20 nm.
