Abstract

La invención pone a disposición un producto plano de acero laminado en frío y recocido por recristalización con microestructura ferrítica que posee una conformabilidad y una idoneidad para ser barnizado optimizadas. Para esto está constituido por un acero con (en % en peso) C: 0,0001 - 0,003 %, Si: 0,001 - 0,025 %, Mn: 0,05 - 0,20 %, P: 0,001 - 0,015 %, Al: 0,02 - 0,055 %, Ti: 0,01 - 0,1 %, así como en cada caso de forma opcional Cr: 0,001 - 0,05 %, V: hasta 0,005 %, Mo: hasta 0,015 %, N: 0,001 - 0,004 %. A este respecto tiene las siguientes propiedades mecánicas: Rp0,2 = 180 MPa, Rm = 340 MPa, A80 = 40 %, valor n = 0,23. En al menos una de sus superficies tiene además una rugosidad media aritmética Ra de 0,8 - 1,6 µm y un número de crestas RPc de 75/cm. Para su fabricación, el producto plano de acero se recuece por recristalización en pase continuo bajo una atmósfera de recocido de N2-H2 y se somete a un sobreenvejecimiento. A continuación, el producto plano de acero con un grado de acabado por laminado D del 0,4 - 0,7 % se acaba por laminado con un rodillo de trabajo cuya superficie periférica posee una rugosidad media Ra de 1,0 - 2,5 µm y un número de crestas RPc = 100/cm, en donde las depresiones y crestas formadas en la superficie del rodillo de trabajo de acabado por laminado están presentes distribuidas estocásticamente.
