Abstract

"PROCESSO E UNIDADE PARA PRODUZIR UMA TIRA DE ALUMìNIO COM SUPERFìCIE TEXTURIZADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma tira de alumínio ou uma liga de alumínio com uma superfície texturizada, de tal modo que, imediatamente após emergir de um laminador a frio (17), a tira laminada a frio (12) seja passada através da brecha entre rolos dos dois rolos texturizados que sustentam um padrão de aspereza e seja bobinada, por meio do que o padrão de aspereza é transferido para a superfície da tira como resultado da força do rolo texturizado que atua sobre a tira (12). Uma unidade para produzir uma tira de alumínio laminada a frio ou uma liga de alumínio com uma superfície texturizada, de tal modo que um bastidor de texturização (28) com rolos de texturização seja disposto imediatamente depois do laminador a frio (17), a jusante na direção de laminação (x). Com o uso do processo e da unidade é possível eliminar uma passagem de rolo de texturização separada e, portanto, economizar uma passagem de laminação comparada com o estado do método da técnica.
