Abstract

"LAMINADOR PARA LAMINAçãO A QUENTE DE METAL, PARTICULARMENTE DE ALUMìNIO, BEM COMO PROCESSO DE LAMINAçãO A QUENTE". Para aperfeiçoar um laminador (1) para laminação a quente de metal, particularmente alumínio, com um trem laminador de tira a quente (3), com um trem laminador desbastador (4) e um trem laminador acabador (5), no sentido de tornar o mesmo mais compacto em medidas da instalação ou tornar mais produtivas instalações já construídas de modo compacto, o trem laminador desbastador (4) deve ser formado como trem em tandem, no qual o material a laminar é laminado na operação em tandem, sob participação simultânea de pelo menos duas câmaras de laminador desbastador (8, 9), dispostas uma atrás da outra. Alternativamente ou simultaneamente, o trem laminador desbastador (4) deve trabalhar em conjunto com o trem acabador (5) como trem em tandem, sendo que a laminação e efetuada na operação em tandem, sob participação conjunta das câmaras de laminador do trem de laminador desbastador e do trem acabador. Além disso, no trem acabador, a laminação pode ser igualmente efetuada na operação em tandem, preferivelmente reversível.
