Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 냉각직렬배열압연기에 의해 우수한 표면광택을 갖는 스테인레스강대를 제조하는 방법에 관한것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고하는 기술적과제
본 발명은 직렬배열압연기를 사용해서 표면광택이 우수한 스테인레스강대를 제조하는 방법을 제공하는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
복수스탠드로된 직렬배열압연기에 있어서, 1이상의 스탠드에 로울 영율이 25,000∼70,000㎏/㎟의 워크로울을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 냉간직렬배열압연기에 의해 우수한 표면광택을 갖는 스테인레스강대를 고능률로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 복수스탠드로된 직렬배열압연기에 있어서, 1이상의 스탠드에 로울 영율이 25,000∼70,000㎏/㎟의 워크로울을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 워크로울이 텅스텐 ·카아바이드계 초경합금으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 직열배열압연기의 최종스탠드의 워크로울 직경이 전단스탠드의 워크로울 직경과 동등하거나 또는 적고 또한 그 직경이 150㎜이상, 400㎜이하의 워크로울을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 직렬배열압연기의 최종스탠드의 압하율을 25%이상, 60%이하로 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제2스탠드이후에서 그 스탠드의 워크로울 조도를 직전의 워크로우조도 이하로 하고 최종스탠드의 워크로울 조도를 Ra : 0.15㎛이상으로 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  6. 5%를 초과하고 30% 이하의 압하율로 무윤활 또는 워크로울 표면에 1㎛이하의 유체윤활제를 도포해서 예비처리압연을 시행한 후 복수스탠드로된 직렬배열압연기에 있어서, 1이상의 스탠드에 로울 영율이 25,000∼70,000㎏/㎟의 워크로울을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 워크로울이 텅스텐 ·카아바이드계 초경합금으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 직열배열압연기의 최종스탠드의 워크로울 직경이 전단스탠드의 워크로울 직경과 동등하거나 또는 적고 또한 그 직경이 150㎜이상, 400㎜이하의 워크로울을 사용해서 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 직렬배열압연기의 최종스탠드의 압하율을 25%이상, 60%이하로 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 제2스탠드이후에서 그 스탠드의 워크로울 조도를 직전의 워크로울조도 이하로 하고 최종스탠드의 워크로울 조도를 Ra : 0.15㎛ dlgk 0.05㎛이상으로 냉간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택스테인레스강대의 제조방법.
