Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TIRA LITOGRáFICA E MéTODO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO"<D>. Uma tira litográfica para uso em chapas de impressão offset é descrita tendo uma composição de 0,05 - 0,25% Si, 0,30 - 0,40% Fe, 0,10 - 0,30% Mg, máx 0,05% Mn, e máx 0,04% Cu. A tira é produzida de um lingote lingotado continuamente com a composição acima até uma espessura de até 2-7 mm. A razão de resistência residual da tira laminada a quente é RR = 10-20. A laminação à frio é executada com ou sem recozimento intermediário, onde o grau de redução de laminação após o recozimento intermediário é > 60%. O outro processamento até a aspereza eletroquímica ocorre com a microestrutura ajustada no processo de laminação a < 100°C. A tira litográfica é caracterizada por uma alta estabilidade térmica, um bom comportamento de aspereza nos processos eletroquímicos, e uma alta resistência à fadiga de flexão invertida perpendicular à direção de laminação.
