Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE NANOTUBOS DE CARBONO". O qual compreende a introdução, em uma fase gasosa, de uma solução coloidal de nanopartículas de metal que contêm opcionalmente um tensoativo junto com uma fonte de carbono opcional em um reator aquecido, e nanotubos ou nanofibras de carbono preparados dessa maneira. De acordo com a presente invenção, a forma e a estrutura de nanotubos ou de nanofibras de carbono podem ser controladas facilmente, os nanotubos ou as nanofibras de carbono podem ser produzidos continuamente em uma grande escala, os aparelhos e o processo para a preparação dos nanotubos ou das nanofibras são simplificados, e os nanotubos ou as nanofibras de carbono que têm várias formas, estruturas e propriedades podem ser preparados de uma maneira fácil e barata. Além disso, o processo da presente invenção é altamente reproduzível e vantajoso na indústria.
