"COMPOSIçõES DE REVESTIMENTO DE PRONTA LIBERAçãO, ENDURECìVEL , COMESTìVEL, SECA E, úMIDA, FORMA DE DOSAGEM SóLIDA, E, MéTODO PARA REVESTIR UMA FORMA DE DOSAGEM SóLIDA FARMACêUTICA OU VETERINáRIA, CONFEITO, SEMENTE, RAçãO FERTILIZANTE, COMPRIMIDO DE PESTICIDA OU ALIMENTO". é divulgada uma composição comestível, endurecível, que contém altos níveis de alginato de propileno glicol de baixa viscosidade e um tensoativo, que pode conter adicionalmente uma carga, pigmento e opcionalmente uma pequena quantidade de um formador de filme secundário e/ou polímero de reforço. A composição de revestimento da presente invenção pode ser aplicada a formas de dosagem sólidas farmacêutica e veterinária, confeitos, sementes, ração animal, fertilizantes, comprimidos de pesticida e alimentos, e proporciona um revestimento excelente de liberação rápida, que não retarda a liberação dos ingredientes ativos do substrato revestido.
