Abstract

"MECANISMO DE CONTROLE DE DESLOCAMENTO PARA COMPRESSOR DE DESLOCAMENTO VARIáVEL". Um mecanismo de controle de deslocamento usado num compressor é instalado em um circuito refrigerante. O compressor possui uma passagem de sangria (27) e uma passagem de alimentação (28). O mecanismo de controle de deslocamento inclui uma primeira válvula de controle (CV1) e uma segunda válvula de controle (CV2). A primeira válvula de controle (CV1) inclui um primeiro corpo de válvula (41) e um elemento sensível à pressão (54). O corpo da primeira válvula (41) ajusta o tamanho da abertura da passagem de alimentação (28). O elemento sensível à pressão (54) move-se com a pressão no circuito refrigerante. Uma região de detecção de pressão (K) está localizada adiante do corpo da primeira válvula (41). A segunda válvula de controle (CV2) inclui um segundo corpo de válvula (82). O segundo corpo de válvula (82) ajusta o tamanho da abertura da passagem de sangria (27). O segundo corpo de válvula (82) move-se de acordo com a pressão na região de detecção de pressão (K). Quando a pressão na região de detecção de pressão (K) aumenta, a segunda válvula de controle (CV2) diminui o tamanho da abertura de sangria (27). Isso permite que o compressor dê partida com rápido desempenho de refrigeração.
