Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"VáLVULA DE CONTROLE DE COMPRESSOR DE DESLOCAMENTO VARIáVEL"<D>. Válvula de controle que é usada para um aparelho de refrigeração que apresenta um compressor que inclui um mecanismo de variação de deslocamento e um circuito de refrigerante externo conectado ao compressor para formar um circuito de refrigeração. O deslocamento de descarga do compressor é regulado através do controle de uma pressão de controle que atua no mecanismo de controle de deslocamento. A válvula de controle apresenta um alojamento e uma passagem interna. A passagem interna inclui uma câmara de válvula definida no alojamento. Um corpo de válvula é localizado na câmara de válvula e controla o grau de abertura da passagem interna. Uma primeira estrutura de detecção de pressão detecta a pressão diferencial entre dois pontos de monitoramento de pressão no circuito de refrigeração, isto é, uma pressão elementar, e transmite uma força que corresponde à pressão elementar para o corpo de válvula. Uma segunda estrutura de detecção de pressão detecta uma pressão secundária, que é diferente da pressão elementar, e aplica a pressão secundária ao corpo de válvula. O corpo de válvula é posicionado na câmara de válvula por uma combinação de forças correspondentes à pressão elementar e à pressão secundária, sendo assim controlado o grau de abertura da passagem interna.
