Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MáQUINA COM ESPIRALADO COM MODULAçãO DE CAPACIDADE CONTìNUA". Um sistema melhorado de modulação de capacidade contínua, para compressores do tipo espiralado é descrito, no qual um corpo de válvula de um conjunto de válvula solenóide é preso à parede interna da carcaça hermética, e uma bobina de atuação é montada na superfície externa do mesmo. A bobina de atuação inclui um elemento de êmbolo / válvula, o qual coopera com passagens providas no corpo de válvula, para seletivamente atuar a disposição de modulação de capacidade, utilizando um fluido comprimido. A construção oferece a vantagem de que todas as linhas de pressão de fluido estejam localizadas na carcaça hermética e, assim, protegidas de um dano potencial, a bobina de solenóide pode ser facilmente mudada / substituída, para acomodar diferentes voltagens de operação disponíveis elou um mal-funcionamento das mesmas, e o sistema pode ser facilmente testado, antes da soldagem final à carcaça externa. A bobina de atuação é controlada por uma Modulação de Largura de Pulso, para reduzir a demanda de carga do compressor, durante tempos em que um acréscimo de carga seja requerido.
